  • Marvin Overstreet on Malachi 3 - 8 years ago
The closer we get to God, the more we realize just how true Malachi 3:6 is and with That we also desire to be unchangable just as God is uncchangable.

  • Paul said in many scriptures that when he preached the Gospel, or Salvation message, he preached it not with enticing words of mans wisdom but in the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit, so that our faith would not rely in mans wisdom. Jesus paid a heavy price for the salvation of the Spirit and also for healing of the body. By His stripes we are healed. Still the same.
  • Ruth Rose on Psalms 103 - 8 years ago
Yes Terrence I do the same. I recite this and other Psalms everyday morning , afternoon and night and have watch a awesome move of God in my life and on my behalf ever since. The scriptures are life, alive and extremely powerful in bringing about miracles, healing, deliverance, forgiveness, joy, peace, confidence, help, guidance, wisdom, correction, assurane, etc.
  • Gloria Lilly on 1 Samuel 28 - 8 years ago
The witch cried out and was surprised to see the real Samuel. God did allow Samuel to come and speak to Saul to repeat his message to the disobedient servant. He was able to get the message from the person he sought instead of God. God can make a donkey talk if he wants. This was a rare case but did happen.

Tommy; AMEN! All these things we see shall be past. Our faith will be turned to sight and then shall we know, even as we ourselves are known. No more will things be said to us in parables, but we will be plainly shown of the Father; no more through a glass obscurely, but FACE TO FACE in the Presence of Jesus! Our mortal bodies changed into no more death! We shall pass from death into LIFE ETERNAL!
  • A disciple on Psalms 44 - 8 years ago
"Thou hast given us like sheep appointed for meat; and hast scattered us among the heathen." We have all read the part when the Lord was arrested in the garden, and confirmed the necessity of the Scriptures being fulfilled; saying, "All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered." This Word is still in action today.
  • A disciple on Psalms 44 - 8 years ago
"Thou makest us a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and a derision to them that are round about us. Thou makest us a byword among the heathen, a shaking of the head among the people." Until we become really of the same mind as Jesus, the adversity and tribulations of life will continue to be a stumbling-block. We have to understand that NOW is not yet our time, and this world NOT our long home.

  • Sharon Guest on Psalms 91 - 8 years ago
I will believe and have faith in the Lord. When I am being troubled or in distress I will put everything in the Lords hands. I will not let the devil use me. I know I can be a better woman with my Lord and Savior help. I pray Father please help me be a better person, in Jesus name.
  • Jackie on 1 Thessalonians 4 - 8 years ago
One passage I fine of interest is in Revelation speaking of the two witnesses beheaded for their testimonies at the time the outer court is given to the Gentiles. Another point to remember, we must always be ready, for we know not the day or hour the good master will come to claim His Kingdom. Lastly, the most important point, is the gathering of the tares out of the Kingdom of God.
  • Tommy on 2 Peter 3 - 8 years ago
All I know is that all questions will be answered whether you meet Jesus at his coming or death. There will be no doubt in anyone's mind about any scripture anymore.
  • Rose on 2 Peter 3 - 8 years ago
There cometh a day when Jesus will put in his appearance. Yes he will come! Let us watch and be ready. Cause he will come as a thief in the night. This wicked earth will be literally burned. Sin will be finally eradicated from this earth. Satan and his angels along with the wicked will be destroyed forever. What a day this will be.Let us be ready to meet our God and Saviour.
  • Pastor Emmanuel Upe on Exodus 1 - 8 years ago
It is a book of how generations emerges. Inter mariges brings about increase of a people , tribe and also leads to church growth. The book of exudos paints a picture of government tenureship and how it could be oppressive and run with fear and evil intentions sometimes.

  • Servant of God on Genesis 22 - 8 years ago
God requires everything with nothing held back in the form of human attachment. So Abraham offered up Issac who didn't quibble but trusted Abraham even as he held the knife to slay him that God will provide himself a sacrifice. Abraham demonstrated in real time his faith, and why not? God had appeared to him and prepared him to be a father of many nations. Those are the Jews first, Christians,
  • Tush-tee on Psalms 91 - 8 years ago
I love psalm I have fought many battles on my knees with this psalm.
  • A disciple on Psalms 91 - 8 years ago
Hi Sylvia; Try reading Psalm 90, and then continuing the meditation into Psalm 91. The first being a Prayer of a man of God, and the answer from heaven to all our experience and longing after God, given in the second. Here also I found a deeper understanding in how important the Lord's answer to the devil when He was being tempted, and the devil misused this great word; puts all in perspective.
  • A disciple on 1 Timothy 3 - 8 years ago
Hi Zeti; I don't understand your mentioning of Martin Luther and the Pope, in relation to your first point about money? But as far as the creation and use of money; God has put the world's business into the hands of men. From the first pronouncement of dominion over all things to the naming of the animals to tending and tilling the ground; so too the knowledge and working of Government of society.
  • A disciple on Revelation 7 - 8 years ago
Hi Dewey; I don't know why Dan is not mentioned in Revelation 7; nor why Simeon is not named in Deuteronomy 33. I have thought about that a lot, and prayed, and prayed and thought; but haven't found a satisfactory answer yet. Perhaps it is to signify that not everyone who was once named among the brothers, and for a certain started, will make it to the finish? Maybe there's a meaning in the names?
  • Patricia Jones on Psalms 91 - 8 years ago
