Bruce,The truth of Salvation always touches my heart.We live in a world where hatred is on the rise. Matt 24 10-12. I have been confronted by people I love say the creation story of Christians and the book they read is a flat out lie.It is turning millinials away in the groves.I know I will not win the battle Daniel 7:25 Daniel 8:24 Daniel 11: 36 -39.I hope for either Matt 24 :13 or Luke 21:36

This is not my world.John12:22-26 Jesus comes against those who love this world. Also John 17 helps explain this as well ,and Jesus desire to return to the way thing were. Love you brother. I believe that Revelation chapter 18 refers to the USA. And that the part about the whole world watching what happens to USA; was also conveyed many years later in 1775 by an Angel who appeared to George Washington. Lk. 24:47 is a witness to Matt. 28:19 - " ... preached in His NAME; Acts2:38; 4:12. These are all witnesses of the NAME Jesus. Jesus IS the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, the Holy Ghost in regeneration. These are titles, not 'names'; JESUS is the name (and I quote someone else on here - Jesus said so). Peter DID what Jesus said when he preached Acts2:38.

Has anyone researched the trinity? the origin of it? It BEGAN in 325 A.D. with Roman Emp. Constantine and the Roman Pope. Jesus name baptism began in ca. 30-33 A.D. Acts2:38 - nearly300 yrs. before the trinity.

After salvation, comes baptism....the Holy Ghost will come on you and dwell in you

The Lord is ever unshaken in His directive to us as contained in the first two Commandments- to love Him with all our heart. Baptism, 1 Peter 3:21, does not put away the filth of the flesh, but is an answer of a good conscience toward God. During baptism, if a person is not redeemed, they'll just get wet.

vs. 13,15 - The word TODAY written in capitals refers to this 'day' (time) of the age of Grace - when salvation in Acts 2: 38 is still available.

"Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, according as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him..." Knowledge is power when we rightly act upon it. We never need be overcome by temptations. When we speak and act according to the truth, and stand on the Word, we cannot fail!
