In the New Testament Paul changed the sabbath. Sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath. We have to keep every day holy. The Holy Ghost is our sabbath. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. This is the rest where in the weary shall rest. 1 Corinthians 16:1 Paul gave order to the church. 1 Corinthians 16:2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God has prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come unto you. He wanted them to have there tithe and offering there and ready when he got there.

Is speaking in tongues the same today as in the early church. I have been in services where there was a message given but it didn"t sound like a foreign language

Abigail you see where Satan comes to deceive the world and remember he has many roles, names method of operation. He is Satan the false prophet false messian antichrist dragon and many names he uses. In chapter 13 vs 11 tells us he comes looking like the Lamb with power and read the 1 st seal he comes looking like CHRIST on a white horse with crown and bow so don't be deceived when he sets up shop in Jerusalem saying he is God. When he appears have food and bills paid for 2 and a half months no buying or selling and if delivered up blank your mind and let the Holy Spirit speak through you. They can't harm you as long as you don't fight them.

My sister just told me to read Psalm 13, and I am so glad that I did. I never doubt God, because I know that he is the ruler of all things and people. Jeff, I do not believe the stars are infinite and the bible does not indicate this, it says that they cannot be numbered. Even with our technology today we cannot number the stars or the descendants of Abraham.

I still cannot understand why when no longer a child you have to lock away the thoughts . childhood is an innocence that should remain with you forever.

I do right now confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life and I believe that God has raised him from the dead. I also believe that God will raise me up at the last day of my life : So shall I ever be with the Lord ,my Lord God !!! Yes , Amen ! Praise God !!!

This scripture is awsome. How Great , Wonderful and Excellent is our God. His loving kindness and Mercy towards us are just beyond human understanding. To Him be all the honour praise and Glory.

A friend of mine shared a powerful video on deliverance at 2:15 am this morning. He told me of a story of a man who was to receive a gift but could not because he was hanging around the wrong people. As christians, it is so important to separate ourselves from those who consistently do evil in Gods sight. We only come into God's fullness when we do, so that we can receive all God has for us.

The book of psalms is encouraging us to alway's trust and keep our eye's focus on the Lord he promised to alway's be with us

This beautiful psalm explains God's purpose for our life. We are to live without fear...trust in him for protection and live our life for him! When it is time to return unto him after completing what we were born to do, our life in this world is over! What peace!!!

What do you think the Psalmist is referring to in the line "Lift up your heads oh ye gates. Lift them high ye ever lasting doors, and the King of glory will come it."? An admittedly superficial question what are the "heads" referring to?

Mine s I believe all the childern of the Lord Jesus Christ have felt like u so u are not along that when we need to ask our comforter the Holy Ghost to help us and lead us to all truth that is his job u no that why Jesus said he Would leave us a comforter so we must pray for the Holy Ghost if we don't have it we need to have christian friend to support us as well and know that Jesus is all ways there he said he would never leave us alone and his Angles are camp all around Us always even when we cannot feel Jesus he is right there praise the Lord Jesus for his Love always

After a lifetime of abuse and degradation, I have had very little faith in human relationships except for my children. Finally God used some amazingly unusual things to heal my heart. I still, but very seldom, can be tempted to fall back to the pain of my past. And I can see myself so clearly in Psalm 43:5 I see so clearly God patiently leading me back to green pastures, and spiritual health.

Charity is not putting alms in a bowl and then have a clear conscience. Charity is a way of life and a recognition of your fellow man and your society.

I was staying in a dorm room where the girls were doing witchcraft. A girl had hair and a couple of the other girls belongings under her mattress ...I found out from the other roommate so I called my daddy so he quoted psalm 91 and told me whenever I'm afraid God will protect me from any harm. That he will bring peace to me.it worked. Amen

For sometime I ignonerd God, His wrath was upon me, as I came to realise I am of God and has to stay righteous, His mercy, everlasting kindness, protection abounded in me, and He is asking me to go deeper acknowledging His presence,doing aIl I can to worship and walking His ways extending all of me for Him and is promising all the best that will make me forget past hurts and grieves. Oh!I love him
