If Jesus was part of a whole body God, then when he died, it necessitates the whole body to die, and we know among the attributes God, he doesn't die it befits him not to die, so he is either an independent body which negates the doctrine of trinity or he didn't die at all which negates the basis upon which Modern Christianity was built that he died for the salvation of Mankind. Rethink!!!

Yes, and though this can be discouraging, it only serves to confirm the truth of God’s Word, (see 2 Tim 4:3-4) but in verse 5 is the answer. He speaks specifically to Timothy here, but the instruction to all is clear: watch. We are to watch and pray. If something you hear doesn’t ring true, check it; search the scriptures. It is good practice to check out the preacher, even if you you know him.

Verse 39,...Therefore they sought again to take him:" but he escaped out of their hand", this vanishing of Jesus happened many times in Luke 4:30," But he passing through the mist of them went his way"...This is a great Miracle by GOD, just when Jesus was going to be stoned or apprehended suddenly time was frozen and stood still and he just walk away ,there is no other explanation. a Miracle.

The Lord is my Shepherd John 10:11 Jesus said I am the Good Shepherd: the Good Shepherd lays down his life for his friends. Jesus said I lay down my life that may take up again. Jesus said it and He did it; that is why the tomb of our Lord is an International Tourist Attraction because the Tomb of my Jesus is empty. The wages of sin is death. Jesus was sinless that is why on 3rd He rose again.

And how many who have come after our LORD are also thieves and robbers? This may not be taken well but my only intent is to be truthful. I find that in most of our denominations today we find men who claim to speak truth about Jesus Christ but subtily preach a gospel that does not save but instead only tickles ears. Not that we who are in His word should be surprised because we were warned.

Simply put: once someone is truly born again it is forever. John 10:25-30 says there r those that properly believe and those that don't and The Lord Jesus knows the difference. He gives to those that believe eternal life, and ˜they will never perish, and cannot be plucked out of His or the Fathers hand (v 28-29). God will carry a believer through the ups and downs in life: HE will carry us through.

Those who were in leadership could not understand they were face to face with the coming Messiah, which was held in the scriptures given to them to teach and be an example. Jesus is not calling us all gods. He is making a reference to their inflated sense of authority in relation to their impending judgement of supposed blasphemy.

The door, the Shepard and the Porter, and we sheep who graze whilst the wolf looks on with hunger pangs, are mindlessly involved ingrazing. The Shepherd is watchfull with uncanny intuition and looks to the door of the Porter, which door only he, and those whom he chooses can open. On the other side is a garden, free of predators, evil thoughts, and longings for all are content, fruitful, present

verse 20...leaving their father and the 'hired servants'...same Greek word "misthotos" used (only other time in NT), to define paid preachers... John 10:12,13. "But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, AND LEAVETH THE SHEEP". "the hireling fleeth BECAUSE HE IS AN HIRELING.

So much for a paid pastorate...In Jesus' opinion at any rate.

"I am the Good Shepherd: the Good Shepherd gives His life for the sheep." John 10:11 The entire purpose and duty of the Shepherd is to care for the sheep. In whatever things we need whether for food and clothing and shelter, or protection from predators Jesus cares for us continually, and puts Himself between us and every danger or threat. If He leads us up into rocky and sparse places He is still our Good Shepherd. If we need washing and grooming, He does so with love and skill and the right firmness and gentleness. If we are hurt or injured or sick, He cares for us to make us strong and healthy again. If one wanders away because we are stupid and simple, and need to be watched! then He knows where to search and find us, and how to bring us back to safety. The Good Shepherd puts our needs first, and knows well how to maintain us. If we want to help Him be a Good Shepherd for others, then we need to learn from Him everything there is to know about the business of being a shepherd.

"Ye are god". Read John 10:34 -35 for a better understanding coming from the mouth of Jesus. 35 especially explains it " if He called them gods unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken. We understand in John 1:1 that God is "the Word" which implies those professing the inspired Word of God are taking upon them His characteristics and nature but not His position as God.

Elijah, I meant John 10:34,35,36. Also, Psalms 82:6,7 same subject about men which Jesus used to make a greater revelation about himself. John 1:17 says, "For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.St. Paul said in Gal.2:20 "I am crucified with Christ:nevertheless I live yet not I but Christ live in me and the life that I now live In the flesh I live by faith in the...

John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: Jesus said to the Disciples follow me. Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. Now Apostle Paul said follow me . 1 Corinthians 11:1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. Now Jesus is using Paul for us Gentiles to follow him. I follow Paul thru Jesus Christ our Lord

There is only one True living GOD. ( 1st John 5:7) For there are three that bear record in heaven the FATHER, the WORD and the HOLY SPIRIT: these three are one. Read John1:1; John 10:30 I and my Father are one. Matt 28:19; John 14:26.

In Jesus Christ, I greet you! I'm wondering if verse 12 concerning "the wolf" refers to the contemporary charlatans that preach for gain and lust? It would seem to me that those that gather around them, most likely aren't The Lord's sheep.

John 10:30 "I and my Father are one." Let's say Bob climbs inside a costume to play a character named Joe. On the outside we see Joe, inside it is invisible Bob. There are not now 2 of them. The INVISIBLE God PUT ON FLESH in the form of Jesus Christ that did not make 2 Gods. John 1:14 And the Word WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us.." Jesus Christ is the flesh God put on. They r ONE

Jesus shared a number of eternal truths in the chapter. These include 27: My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. We are safe in His Hands in this world and in His Kingdom. To be safe and enjoy this privilege, we must continue to stay at the centre of His Will.

V34, Genesis 3:5 "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil." The Jews were acting like they know good from evil but truth is not in them. Jesus said he is the Son of God and that is truth they deny. The actions of Jesus are righteous and can not be proven otherwise. The Jews were evil rejecting what is good.
