Samoy....God bless you! I am with the other dude who replied. All I can add is go to the Lord, require of him what you shall do in all your matters and he will direct your path. Sometimes when I pray to the Lord it may be a day or two or week later that I wake up in the morning and I know exactly what to do. If you have trouble doing something for example loving others, etc. Talk to the Lord about it, let him know your struggles, he already knows but Cast your cares upon him because he cares for you and patiently wait. He will direct your paths brother!!!!!! Our God is an awesome God!! Stay strong Samoy!!!!

Jesus said the Tribulation period will be the worse time in world history. Therefore nobody can even imagine how horrible it will be. People who want to survive the Tribulation have no idea what they are attempting to survive. Nevertheless, we know there will be survivors because of the grace of God. I think those that believe in the tribulation but have not accepted Christ are reacting in the flesh. In fact, without Christ as our Savior, that is how man reacts always; in the flesh. The Lord tells us in his word there will be 144,000 Jewish men who are SEALED with the Lamb of God and are sent throughout the world preaching the gospel. Because they are sealed they will not be harmed by all the tribulation going on around them. Hence, supernaturally protected. When Christ returns to the earth, we read how the angels gather Christ's elect from the four corners of the earth to Jerusalem because why? The King has returned! I believe many post tribulation rapture people get this confused. If you really want to know what happens to believers just before Tribulation strikes read the book of Genesis and the discussion the Lord has with Abraham just before he destroys the cities of the plains which include Sodom and Gomorrah. Read the righteous and wicked debate. God always rescues his people before he carries out judgment. Tribulation will be world wide with no place to hide. Hence, God sealing the 144000 to preach the gospel. Notice also he seals the men to preach, no mention of sending women to preach. This time in history will be the "mother of all bads" because not only his God pouring out his wrath upon the earth for mankind's wicked deeds but also Satan is now confined to the earth after the war with Michael and his Angles. And Satan is enraged and takes it out on Israel and any Saints on the planet. We know there will be Christians because after this all starts and the Christians are gone, many will believe be saved and die a martyrs death.

Love the hymn based on Matthew 11:28

    Refrain

Come, come to Jesus, weary, heavy hearted,

    Come, come to Jesus while you may;

Now He is waiting, waiting to receive you.

Hark! He is calling you today.

    Lord Jesus Christ,

    at Thy invitation

As weary souls, with sin oppressed,

We come to Thee for needed rest,

    For comfort, and for pardon.

28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls (NIV)

Alex, your teaching diminshes Christ. The Son of God was, is, and ever will be unique. Lost people, in their pride, follow Satan in wanting to be gods. By definition, you can't multiply unique. If you read the Bible carefully you will see that humanity fails, even at the end of the Kingdom of God on earth for a thousand years. " we are gona birth a new innerman which is the H.G." That's heresy, believers are born OF God, not into gods. The Holy Ghost is a third person of the triune God, who has revealed himself as such. Never to be duplicated or multiplied, ever. "IMPLING"(implying), that word demonstrates your faulty understanding of scripture.

Anyone have any idea what Peter is referring to in Chapter 2 Verse 10-12? 10But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

11Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

    12But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

    Thank you.

How is it possible for you to know the eternalness of God! The whole world is full of sin, their is none righteous, no not one. Who are you to judge these things O man! Our sin has separated us from God. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. God became poor that we might be made rich! He became flesh and dwelt among us. He has died, but one time ,on the cross that all men might be saved. This is the message! This is the message!

Thou almost persuades me, until you use the word grapple. Grapple will never work, you have allowed the sin of unbelief to enter in! You cannot grapple the word of God! It is a stone that cannot be moved! A stone that only a person of faith will here. You are filling the footsteps of the elite, very well!

Your salvation is complete in him. If you do not except the Lord Jesus Christ as your savior, you will know the answer when you die. The answer written, cannot be changed! Let God be true and every man a liar!
  • People who plan to survive Tribulation - In Reply on Revelation 11:14 - 5 years ago
Those who have miraculously survived the full Tribulation, without being Marked by Antichrist,

They will be caught up at Jesus's Second Advent; when at this time He will set feet on the Mount of Olives in Israel, and a massive earthquake will occur.

All efforts to reach the Lost, have been concluded. Jesus will TAKE THOSE that prayed to Jesus during the Tribulation to be born again. (They have escaped taking the mark, have not worshipped the Beast, were not martyred).

My question is: why wait it out? The Tribulation period is not going to be favorable for anyone trying to survive it. There will be earthquakes, tsunamis, huge lack of fresh water to drink, house-sized hailstones. When the wormwood star hits earth: climate will be crazy cold. It poisons the water world wide. (Google that!) It's going to dispatch all global warming plans to fix it, in one second. All the money people were taxed to fix G.W. Will go psssst! Gone. No food, no water, no heat, no internet.

It's not a Survivor Type television program!!! People thinking this is a challenge of a lifetime WILL often wish they had gotten saved. If they don't genuinely accept Jesus as Lord and Savior; they will still die in their sins. No one in heaven or on earth will know of their victory. Enough said of that lunacy.

Please forget every super hero movie you ever saw. Everyone in Hollywood will face the same choices as everyone else. No mark on the forehead or hand and they too, will be taken to the guillotine centers.

Even, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, GNN, employees will face a day of reckoning or temptation. Antichrist hates everyone.

Antichrist can't and will not be able to help our idols. He is set to die at Armageddon.

All the questions have been answered till I'm blue in the face. If anyone is planning on sticking it out, get a Bible so you can avoid insanity. Try to be saved. John Ch 3.

    Galatians 5

19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these:

    Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21 Envyings, murders*, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

*anyone ever say to you; "you are dead to me?" That's a murder.

  • KNOW YOUR TEACHERS - In Reply on 3 John 1:4 - 5 years ago
Sometimes I wonder if those asking questions are forgetting that the Holy Spirit is the TEACHER of all born again people. You are to cross check everything with Holy Spirit. Learn how to discern Fruit. Bad fruit is stinking doctrine. Be strong enough to say: you are wrong.

Matthew 7:16 - Ye shall know them by their FRUITS. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

    2 Timothy 4:3

For the TIME WILL COME when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own LUSTS shall they (you) heap to themselves teachers: having itching ears.

    Hebrews 5:12

For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

    2 Peter 2:1

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

    Titus 2:3

    The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

2 Timothy 2:15 - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Romans 16:17-18 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them WHICH CAUSE divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and AVOID them.

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ

    Galatians 5:22-23

But the FRUIT of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

I was thinking of the context in which it speaks of the tail of the Dragon sweeping a third of the stars from the sky and the dragon standing over the woman about to give birth hoping to devour her child. I think of all the babies that were killed around the time of Christ's birth and attempts by King Herod to kill the Christ child. And I'm wondering if that was 1/3 of the male children of Jews at the time.
  • Keith Vaughan on Mark 1 - 5 years ago
Mark Chapter 1 is in reference to the gathering and the formation of the group of disciples which was eventually to follow Jesus and spread the word of God to as many people as possible who was willing to listen and accept the word of God.

In my view & giving a simple answer to your general question about kissing, I would say, 'No, it's not a sin'.

However, the act may not be a sin, but within some situations it might lead to sin or at least seriously affect another person's life or future by sending the wrong message. When two people are committed to each other even to the point of planning for a life together, then a display of emotion & intimacy to that level, would be acceptable. In some countries, that of course would be out of the question, as minimal contact, if any at all, would be allowed until after the wedding day.

There is the other aspect of Christians greeting each other with a 'holy kiss' ( 2 Corinthians 13:12). And this simply means a 'loving embrace or warm handshake' as appropriate, signifying our family-ness in the Lord & joy in seeing one another. There is no suggestion of anything more than this.

Yes, we love to receive questions from enquiring folk about the Word of God. You might receive different responses for your consideration, but by studying the Word yourself, in prayer, the Spirit of God will reveal the knowledge you seek. What matters is that we can study, discuss & share thoughts from God's Word in Christian love & fellowship desiring only to build up one another in the Faith & knowledge of the Bible.

Just as God rested from His creative Work, He also instituted a day of Rest (Shabbat) for Israel. They were to do no servile work at all, limited in how far they could travel, use the time to reverence the day. For Gentiles, God expects that we too need a day of rest in the week, for our bodies to re-energize, relax, spend time with family, etc. Often, we get two days in the week to do this, but in many countries, they only get one day. There's no constraint on what we do during our Rest Day as long as it's a break from the rigours of the 'daily grind'. The Christian however, will use that time to meet together for worship & other ways of ministering to others. However, for the Jew, he has many constraints placed upon him, usually by man & not from God.

Trust GOD from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for GOD's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all. Run to GOD! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life! Honor GOD with everything you own; give him the first and the best. Your barns will burst, your wine vats will brim over. But don't, dear friend, resent GOD's discipline; don't sulk under his loving correction. It's the child he loves that GOD corrects; a father's delight is behind all this.

Oh yes, the Bible is deadly serious. Noah had let the dove fly off to see whether it could find dry land. The dove flew around for a long time, was exhausted, returned to the only place it knew that it could find rest & happily let Noah take it in & secure it. The dove was happy & Noah was satisfied that the waters had not assuaged as yet.
  • When is our Sabbath Day - In Reply on Exodus 20 - 5 years ago
It was later called the Sabbath Day. Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath, and He worked and did healings on that day at times.

Some Churches meet on Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday or even Friday.

Find one that teaches Whole Bible that is compatible with your work schedule. Jobs are not as plentiful as they used to be. It may get worse before it gets better. Use some wisdom.

God knows everything we're dealing with and He assuredly can help you find the church that works with peoples schedules.

If someone tries to say you are "out of order", don't worry about them. It's what JESUS demonstrated that matters. He is THE LORD of the Sabbath!!

    Not rigid minded Pharisee-like "Christians".

  • Studying Scriptures in the Bible on James 1:22 - 5 years ago
If a question on a particular scripture is needed: you can sometimes get it by googling.

    Type in the google box:

    1. Proverbs 6 commentary. Or

    Proverbs 6 teaching

That way you'll get the entire chapter

    2. To just get one verse only of scripture-

Proverbs 6:1 (commentary or teaching, or definition

Always ask the Holy Spirit to teach you the Word of the Bible. He can open a verse or book like no one else can. He is always my "go to Teacher" on everything I read.

Just defeat your nerves and shyness and Ask Him to open the mysteries of the Bible to you. He is God too, and you will quickly fall in love with his manner of teaching.

What does assuage mean in the Bible?

1 : to lessen the intensity of (something that pains or distresses) : ease unable to assuage their grief. 2 : pacify, quiet vainly strove to assuage an implacable foe

    Some questions can be googled...
