Explain clearly Mathew 11-17 verse we have piped unto u and u have not danced

How is it that God himself calls his Son, Jesus Christ, "God" (theos in the Greek)?

Hello, just to be clear that verse says "BUT" blasphemy of the holy spirit won't be forgiven.

It sounds like you've taken the right steps and I'd be careful in trusting your feelings. Feelings can be indicators, but they can also stem from misinterpreted information, false assumptions, or even lies. Example: someone was angry that someone harmed his daughter and took vengeance out on someone, because of his feelings. He deeply hated that person and rationalized it as doing 'God's work' by ending his life. Unfortunately, he had the wrong person, so he killed an innocent man. Someone who kills is a murderer. He followed his feelings.

A woman had an abortion then had deep regret. She couldn't forgive herself because her deep feelings of guilt. She somehow believe Jesus died on the cross for everyone else in the world, except for her. She somehow thought that not forgiving herself and punishing herself would be some kind of penance for what she did, but instead it only led to her neglecting herself, her kids, her family, her friends, and God. Feelings. We need to love ourselves in order to love others. It's the 2nd greatest commandment in the Bible! If we don't forgive ourselves how can we love others. We have a responsibility to do our part.

God is love. If God can even forgive murderers in the Bible and choose them for his most important work like Paul, Moses, David, etc, then God can forgive anybody of anything and has (except blasphemy of holy spirit), even if part of you doesn't feel worthy and doesn't totally believe it. Deeply ask yourself why you don't believe you should forgive yourself. Why isn't Jesus dying on the cross for you to pay for your sin enough for you? Get to the root of your beliefs by asking repeated specific questions and how you came to believe what you believe. If we shine a bright spotlight on ourselves sometimes we expose irrational beliefs or something untrue.

How can I become a man of GOD

In Acts chapter 2 the day the New Testament Church began, on the day of Pentecost, they were baptized in the name of Jesus, then in act chapter 8 the Samaritans were baptized in the name of Jesus, then in Acts chapter 10 the Gentiles were baptized in the name of Jesus, then in act chapter 19 Paul said to the Ephesians that were the followers of John the Baptist ask them if they received the Holy Ghost since they believed and they end up receiving the Holy Ghost with speaking in tongues just like and Acts chapter 2 and Acts chapter 10 and they were re baptized in the name of Jesus, my question is why do most of the churches when they baptize you they use the titles Father Son and Holy Ghost and not the name Jesus, Father Son and Holy Ghost are not names, Hebrews 1 and 4 said that he inherited his name he inherits his name from his father which was Kept Secret in the Old Testament but revealed in the New Testament?

Matthew chap 12 vs 31-32 say all manner of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven, over a year ago I came back to Jesus and the church after having been away for a very long time, I have repented and turn away from the life I was living. Now I confessed my sins and I know Jesus died on the cross for all my sins. But it is different this time I don't feel forgiven like the last time. I guess what i want to know am I still saved even though i feel Jesus won't forgive me this time because I don't think he should forgive me. I know it how it sounds, but this is a very scary place to be because I do believe and always did. But all I ever hear from pastors and people are how once they came to Jesus they never looked back. What about all the people like me who knew wrong and did it anyway. then something makes us come back to our senses and we return to God. Are we still forgiven if we don't forgive ourselves?

I've had a lot of trouble believing in God. I go to Grace Christian School and I have for 2 years cause I transferred from Chesapeake and it's been hard not knowing Jesus. I do believe but it's hard for me to cope with it. I believe that this is true, it's just hard for me to accept it but after seeing this miracle and all the others I'm going to work harder than I've ever worked before cause I really need this. I need to learn to fear God and go to him in time of need. I'm going to try harder cause I'm not ready to face persecution yet. I'll never go down if I have Jesus so I'm going to start reading and praying 20 minutes every 3 hours. That's my goal for now and I'll pray in between that time if I need it. Thank you for opening my eyes and helping me see how great our only true God is and if there is something you would like me to pray for I will. Just thank you so much. It's awesome to see the miracles God can bring to an awful and ungrateful sinner like me just because he loved me first.

God knows when the conception occurs. He sees the child. The child already has a soul.

I lost a very much wanted child. There's got to be a million people that have given up hope of being a parents. It makes no sense to me why babies are scraped out.

I babysat my Grandson daily for 3 years; along with my mother who had dementia. He was brand new and at the same I sorrowed for my amazing mother and saw her struggle with things so hard. See? I participated in 2 lives that me and God loved on, every day! What a privilege.

When we are right with God, life can be beautiful. It builds incredible strength into our faith.

Revelation 22:18-19

In Job 1:6-12, God had limited Satan's thrusts against Job only to his livestock, servants & family. Job's life was to be untouched, but sadly, all his possessions & family were wiped out by outside forces instigated by Satan.

In Job 2:1-8, God had allowed Satan to touch Job's life (with boils) but not to take his life away.

Job according to Job 1:8 was considered a righteous man by God: "And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?" Satan, wanting to make God out to be a liar, wanted to test Job's mettle & show that Job would ultimately reject God if he & his family were sorely affected. God had great confidence in His servant.

Yet, the pressing theme on John's heart, in spite of this woman's faithfulness to Christ & the Word, was the dire warning that was exhibited in his first epistle: that of the strengthening Gnostic influence pervading the Church & Christian thinking (vv 7-11). Gnostiscm, in its many arms of perverted teaching, was propagating the fact that this Jesus from Heaven had not come in the flesh, but merely a man with a mystical nature (v7) & 1 John 2:18-24. And this was based on their belief that "the incarnation is incredible because Deity cannot unite itself with anything material, such as a body". And this belief pervades the Church today & we need to withstand such an atrocity that seeks to remove the fullness of God's Love in the giving of Himself (as none else could), to become Man, & to lay down His Life as our substitutionary Sacrifice. This Truth was now iterated to the Elect lady, to be on guard.

Spike, we generally understand that this letter, as also 3 John, are attributed to the Apostle John. Even though the letters don't indicate this, the early Church fathers, including Polycarp, a contemporary of John, ascribed the letter to the aged John (around 90 yrs of age). As well, even though elders were appointed in the Church by this time ( Acts 14:23, James 5:14, etc.), John's use of the word "Elder" speaks of his old age & apostolic position rather than any sign of humility. He was the last apostle to enter Glory & so probably felt a greater burden to give his remaining time to full use.

We aren't told who the "elect lady" was. She is generally referred to as Kuria or Kyria, but that is debatable as it doesn't come from any reliable source. Yet, from John's letter, we assume that she was a lady of note (a person, not a Church), who was faithful to Christ with her family & may have even received teachers of the Word into her home & supported the ministry. In any case, John had an approving view of her & hoped to see her on a visit - which we don't believe ever took place. You could also be correct, in that John abstained from naming her as it might have been improper & too forward to address a lady by name. And this may be clarified by his naming Gaius in his third letter.

In Genesis chapter 1, the names of the first man & woman are not given, except that God created man (Heb. ha-a-dam) on the sixth day of creation, from which the name Adam is generally applied to this first man.

Then in Genesis chapter 2, God continues to refer to this creation as "man", until verse 19, where God refers to this man as Adam. When the time came to create someone else to be a companion & help to Adam, he created "woman" (Heb. is-sah), to which Adam also referred to her, as she "was taken out of man".

In Genesis 3:20, "And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living". Now Adam refers to is-sah, calling her, Eve (Heb. haw-wah) & through their union, they became as "one flesh".

However, if your question infers whether the creation of mankind in chapter 1 is different from the reference to mankind in the other chapters, then that would be an incorrect deduction, as chapter 1 gives God's Creative Work on the "six days" whereas the other chapters expands on chapter 1 & takes the subsequent events after creation further. Therefore, man & woman in chapter 1 are the same Adam & Eve in chapters 2 & 3.

In Job Chapter 1 and 2, Satan challenged the LORD regarding Job:

And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life. But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life. ( Job 2:4-6)

In John 8:44 Jesus said, "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."

Perhaps if the LORD had not restrained Satan, he would have murdered Job. God had a better end in mind for Job after his trial, at the end of the book.

Matthew 24:45-47 & Matthew 25:14-23.

The faithful servant in these portions is not given a name as Jesus wanted to highlight the Truth associated with the behaviour. As a servant, by definition, is one who serves, Jesus showed in both these illustrations that the "faithful servant" is one who behaves & works as his master intends.

In the first Matthew reference, Jesus commends the servant for faithfully looking after his master's house, providing necessary food for others working there as they needed, while he was away. In the second reference, two servants were commended for faithfully & wisely dealing with their master's finances so as to produce an increase in the principal amount given.

The message in both accounts speaks of the level of trustworthiness & busyness of the Lord's servants (His children) so that whenever He comes for us, or we should unexpectedly pass through the vale of death, we shall be commended for our faith & work for His Glory rather than being the unprepared, lazy sluggard who is not watching or being careless in his Christian walk.
