  • Leslie on Revelation 1 - 8 years ago
The entire book of Revelation is opening up very quickly during this very time. It is crucial that we become greater in our faith than ever before. Each and everyday, whether we live during the time that Jesus returns, or leave this life before that time. The day will come that we will all answer to God for all that we've done or didn't do in this earth to serve Him.
  • A disciple on Proverbs 1 - 8 years ago
Sinner; Perhaps you should try and read the chapter again a few times, slowly; and take note. It is not about God taking pleasure in bringing evil upon you, as you blasphemously suggest; but about men, as God's sons, should hear their Father's instructions, and take a course in life after His good character; and not be a defiant sinner and heathen; in the end good for nothing but to be destroyed.
  • Billy on Acts 2 - 8 years ago
GOD came as the son. The bible says GOD was manifested in the flesh. We all know GOD is spirit. So GOD being spirit robed himself in flesh. Because without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. He became flesh so he could shed blood for our sins.

17 "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" ... This verse (17 above) is 'WOW' because 'most in the USA is not prepare for the 'to-kill-you- battles' the dragon is about to bring to our front door. Yes, many are already fighting, but the worse is yet to come in USA, WOW!
  • Helen on Isaiah 40 - 8 years ago
Isaiah 40:31 has been a lifter to my soul. In one of my deepest despair this Scripture gave me
peace and comfort for what I was going through. It gave me strength.
  • Heleb on Psalms 91 - 8 years ago

  • Peter A. Okebukola on Psalms 127 - 8 years ago
This is a short but sweet Psalm full of God’s wisdom to man- “Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.”
  • Norita Priester on Matthew 4 - 8 years ago
I Matthew chapter 4 it does not state how many days Jesus was tempted by the Devil. So He could have been tempted 3 times on the same day. Just because He fasted 40 days and 40 nights does not mean He was tempted for 3 days. So to think that he was is incorrect.
  • Steve on James 2 - 8 years ago
Faith without works is dead. Up to six months ago I lived a life of hypocritical Faith . After a serious accident, The Holy Spirit has dealt severely with me. As a teacher and minister the works I did were counted as dirty rags, because of hypocritical Faith. Always thank God for His chastisment....it means He loves you.Thank the merciful God of second chances. Allow Him to open your eyes now.

  • BSP on 2 Timothy 2 - 8 years ago
Verse 22: This verse urges us to flee from youthful desires. When we are young, we may want to do many things and some bad things can look enticing, but we don't want to give into wrong desires.
  • A disciple on John 3 - 8 years ago
Kevin; The message from John chapter 3 is about Jesus coming into the world to save us, not to condemn! Unbelief is the condemnation! Believing in Jesus, we repent of our sins and turn away from the world to walk with God. Baptism is important, because it is a ceremony symbolizing our washing and renewal through the death, burial and resurrection of Christ: that we are "immersed" into Christ!
  • A disciple on John 20 - 8 years ago
Anne; thank you for your good words! Without faith it is impossible to please Him! God has ordained that we should be saved by BELIEVING the Word told us by other men. So then, unbelief is disobedience! Jesus reproached the disciples for unbelief and hardness of heart, because they didn't believe those who told them that He was risen from the dead! Faith is about a kind of character toward God.
  • BSP on Psalms 26 - 8 years ago
Verses 4 and 5 show the need to guard our association. We must be careful in choosing who we associate with in person and also by our entertainment.
  • BJ on Ephesians 3 - 8 years ago
Being grounded in love is so very powerful to all believers in Christ Jesus. No matter what we do and what we say, let it be rooted and planted in God’s ❤️ love not worldly love, not mans kind of love, but the most highest Form of love, Agape Love. The Love that is kind and tender hearted and forgiving and most of all, long suffering. The way God saved us just in the nick of time
  • A disciple on Genesis 3 - 8 years ago
BSP; Very well said! We have the Word of God in the Scriptures to know, to speak forth in faith, to stand on by His grace, against every wicked thought or desire of the flesh that seeks to take us away from Jesus! The temptation isn't the sin! And if when we are tempted, we "Take the kingdom of heaven by force and violence" over our own thoughts and passions, by standing on the Word, we will win!
  • A disciple on 1 Kings 8 - 8 years ago
BSP; I remember during the 80's there was a Bumper Sticker that a lot of church people had on their cars: it read, Christians aren't perfect, just forgiven! Not only me, but all my real Christian brothers and sisters agreed, that that was a terrible witness, and completely misrepresents Jesus and our salvation! Jesus said, BE PERFECT EVEN AS YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN IS PERFECT! So what is your point?
