Always make Jesus Christ the center of your marriage. Give the Lord your Marriage and as the scriptures read "What God has joined together, let no man put asunder. When Husband and Wife quarrel, forgive one another and pursue the peace; so Satan does not come in the Marriage to destroy it. I am living proof it works. I have been married for 49 years and counting.

  • A disciple on 1 Samuel 21 - 9 years ago
A man once anointed, but afterwards rejected by God; now is invaded by demons to harass and torment him by the presence of a man better than himself, mightily filled with the Spirit of God, and a man after God's own heart. A frightened priest. A sneaking heathen "Yes-man" spying for the wicked, and ready to murder in a moment. The man of God kept out of reach from the plots of the wicked by God.

When, Oh when, will all the liars and unbelievers and speakers against the Word be silenced? What are they thinking who they are, to open their little mouths against the Almighty God? For they say, Oh, we're College educated, and modern rational thinkers; we KNOW that the Bible doesn't really mean what it says, because we're too smart for that! Well, we'll see who's smart, and who's word stands!

Insight; Paul never said that Adam was innocent; Adam caused an alienated from God sin-nature and death to pass to all men; that is not innocence! The woman being deceived was in transgression; and the man hearkened to the voice of his wife, and disobeyed the LORD God. When sin conceived, they knew that they were naked, and ran to hide in shame; afraid of the holy voice of God. So we all must die.

It is not automatic, that one is saved and goes to heaven: but the ones who do the will of the Father; Rom. 6 "Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid! How shall we who are dead to sin, live any longer therein?" No remission of sins, means no repentance! "God shall wound the head of His enemies, and the hairy scalp of such a one who goes on still in his trespasses." Psalm 68:21
  • A disciple on Matthew 22 - 9 years ago
"Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." Becoming a Christian does NOT mean one has already made it. Many will fall away and be deceived and perish. Many will seek to enter and will not be able; because the Lord doesn't know them. He that is of God hears God's words and does them; those therefore who don't fill their bellies with the Word of God, will starve to death

Verse 14: I had to think on faith without works and was led to the realization that he's talking about obedience! Saying I believe isn't enough, surrendering the will to God and obeying His will is true faith. For instance He said repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, yet some still think I few sprinkles as an infant will save them, or going to church Sunday and still sinning is ok.

1 Peter 5:6-7, Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.
  • Donna Cromb on James 1 - 9 years ago
Verse 13: God doesn't tempt man is very clear, test yes, but tempt no. Neither does the devil make man do sin, our own desires of the flesh are what lead a person down the road to destruction, verse 14. Faith is more than saying, I believe so I am saved. It takes a deep conviction that is strong enough to change conduct befitting God and saying no to temptation of our own bodies to sin, obedience

  • Willa on 1 John 1 - 9 years ago
If we walk in the in the light of his word others see it and we are good steward. We must be humble and realize we need to go directly to the source, our Savior and His word and not relie on others who may or may mot have learned faults teaching.
  • A disciple on Hebrews 1 - 9 years ago
"For unto which of the angels said HE at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?" Yet for every Scripture which plainly says one thing; they refuse to receive correction; but rather hold fast deceit; as it is written, "..the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people.." condemned of themselves!

  • Insight777 on John 2 - 9 years ago
V25, At passover many believed in the Son of Man, the name they gave Jesus. Jesus was among Jews that were celebrating their traditions. They believe in a Savior, a man, not a Son of God beyond mortal accomplishments. Jesus preformed Miracles man can not. Jesus did not commit to their traditions or beliefs because he knows that foundation was formed by man not God. They love tradition not truth.

It could be the message of this chapter from John is there are Christian churches that have both good and bad members. If the members that do not have true gospel are the leaders of the church, the righteous members may suffer and be misled.

And the voice of our Abba Father "Behold this is my Beloved Son whom i will please Hear Ye him. Thank you Father for giving Jesus to us so that we all must have life in abundance. Thank you Jesus for the blood i will praise thee and worship you alone for you are worthy amen hallelujah
  • I AM on Matthew 1 - 9 years ago
O children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you. And the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. For I have not spoken of myself; If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. Lo, does not even the blood itself testify that I am he? Now see and hear O children of Israel: I and my Father are one. Verily, verily, I say to you, He that believes on me has everlasting life.
  • I AM on Matthew 3 - 9 years ago
I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me does bear witness of me. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood:) And these three agree in one. Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit has not flesh and bones, as you see me have. For I am not alone, but it is I and the Father that sent me.

Wayne, the Kingdom of Heaven was promise to the Jews, but now we are saved thru Grace in the body of Christ for the Kingdom of God, which is a Spiritual Kingdom. If you repent of your sins for Salvation, you will be repenting every day, because we sin everyday. Jesus finished the work on the cross for all of our sins. 1 Corth 15:1-4 , believe with all your heart and mind what he did with faith.

Guest:Who gets in? One can know The Bible from Genesis to Revelations. They can be a Walking-Talking Bible and still be condemned. You don't need to know one Word of The Bible to be Saved. Just they're a sinner. The Spirit will tug on your Heart, that's The Father Calling: John 6:44. Only by The Blood of The Lamb: Revelation 1:5, Baptized with The Holy Ghost: Mark 1:8, Changed: 2Corinthians 5:17
  • Insight777 on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
Explain how Adam is innocent of sin. I do not see that. No matter how I view this, Adam knew he was not supposed to eat yet he willfully chose to turn against his Lord God. Some think it was because he loved Eve more than God. Adam wanted to do as he pleased without restrictions. Paul says Adam is without sin but Eve should be punished for sin. How is that righteous, male sin is not sin?
