Proverbs 9:13-18 to me mean a choice before me : better if we walk the path of wisdom or bitter the path of folly. I called these paths brain tracks. The names that follows each track are name of spirits.
    1. Sonship/Daughtership
    Offence>Forgiveness >Mercy>Grace>Love
    2. Orphan aka Folly
    Offence>Unforgiveness>Resentment >Bitterness >Revenge >Slander or Murder or Stealing

God is faithful to his promises and his words he will never leave us or forsake us thats tte promise . He is always in our side. He is the only God who can love us even we couldn't love ourself. We are saved by Grace and not by law. Through the blood of Jesus we are cleanse and sins are forgiven. He simply wants us to obey his words. Obedience is more important than sacrifice I will praise you Lord
  • Omologe Eseakpevwe John on Matthew 2 - 9 years ago
Although Herod knew it was Christ that was born king according to the holy scriptures, yet he stood to fight against God. This shows that there are powers so rebellious that will rise against God and His program for our lives. Nevertheless, He is strong and mighty to save and to deliver. All we have to do is surrender totally to His eternal will and walk with Him by faith, trusting Him

  • Iboro on Numbers 27 - 9 years ago
Moses resignedly gives over the government of the children of Israel to his right-hand man, Joshua, as the Lord commanded. This expression of prize meekness is reminiscent of Christ who died, resurrected and ascended into Heaven to summon our Comforter, the Holy Spirit. This, among others, is an attitude which every born-again minister ought to have.
  • Preaching machine on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago

    Dennis,
You are certainly and eminently cortrect in your remarks regarding saints! Would that the millions who foolishly and uselessly pray to saints understand this truth!
  • Judy on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago
Its been said f-a-i-t-h stands for Forsaken All I Take Him. Psalm 91 1 is our emergency number to God.
  • Huronda on John 3 - 9 years ago
In deep thinking, I Can't even begin to Phantom God's Love, because He God gave his Only begotten Son Jesus for Me...a Sinner. I don't know any human living that would do that for this World. I try everyday to live right but Satan is constantly busy in My life so that tells Me that God has Something Great in store for Me so I Strive harder and sometimes I Fail but I Repent and Keep going Forward in Faith. Thank God for his Son Jesus :
  • Carolyn on Psalms 37 - 9 years ago
God lead me to read this chapter while I have been battling things within myself, work and family matters. To the point of being cast down, but God ad shown me he has the power to hold saints up that the enemy wants to cast down. He is the author and finsher of our faith; and we must hold on to his word all the days pf our lives.

  • Stephanie on John 6 - 9 years ago
First read John 6:51. Pondering thought and question. I eat bread like it's going out of style. But I look at it as if I am eating with Jesus (Bread is symbolic of his body that was broken for us). If I were to fast (stop/reduce) eating bread, would/could my faith/soul diminish/parish or grow stronger?
  • Omologe Eseakpevwe John - 9 years ago
When God's people are gathered in truth and sincerity, the Spirit of God will speak. The man used by God to speak the word of peace and comfort to Jehoshaphat was not called a prophet (a Levite) but the word of God came through Him because he was found usable by God. Let us present our selves holy and acceptable in the sight of God so He can use us as His vessel unto honor.
  • Omologe Eseakpevwe John - 9 years ago
What a wonderful thing to seek the face of God and follow His divine directions to fight! The strategy of the Lord may appear foolish, but we will not suffer any loss if we follow them. One wonderful prayer we can pray in times of crisis, is " Oh God arise and fight for me by fire". When He fights for us, victory is sure and the host of hell will flee as shaft is driven before the wind
  • Omologe Eseakpevwe John on 2 Chronicles 20 - 9 years ago
We must be careful who we associate with. For God has warned us not to be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. If Jehoshaphat had not joined himself to Ahaziah, he would not have suffered any loss.

We are nothing without God, all we need to do is trust in him and live righteously..God is a rewarder of those who seek him. HE is faithful, will never fail you, make him your savior and all you have to do is sit back and watch Him go to work on your behalf..

Lord Jesus Love you Lord Jesus Love Us Love Lord Jesus Lord God love you Love Lord God
  • Matt on Genesis 27 - 9 years ago
Jacob was meant to get the blessing and become Israel. I wouldn't feel too sorry for Esau, because he didn't care about God. He sold his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of lentils in Gen. 25 v. 29-34. He also had two wives that were satanic (Hittite), which further shows he didn't care about God. That is why God hated Esau and loved Jacob (Mal. ch. 1
  • Macy D. on Psalms 23 - 9 years ago
I am praying for you. I think you are one of God's special earth warriors and for those reading your comment and seeing you turn to the Lord so fast to hold you, you light up a path for others in the dark to follow.

  • Jacqueline on Jonah 4 - 9 years ago
A very good lesson to learn, about judging others, obeying God and forgiveness, and walking in love. Gods ways is nothing like ours. His thoughts our far beyond what we can think or imagine. Obedience is far better than sacrifice.
  • Peter A. Okebukola on Daniel 3 - 9 years ago
As he showed His power to king Nebuchadnezzar, our Great God of Heaven continues to manifest His greatness to this day. This is a signal to all people of the world that worship Jesus they must as not doing so qualifies them for the fiery furnace of hell.
  • Maria on Proverbs 2 - 9 years ago

Truly as in verse 7, He preserves the way of his saints.
Thank you for sharing the word of God online.
