I was once given the nickname spacena. The attitude of trying to express my relationship with the Lord and eternity. Now adays I use a Bible verse for that expression. His thoughts are better than my thoughts.
  • Matt - 9 years ago
The woman of Canaan was part Syrian and part Phoenician (Canaanite). She lived in Tyre and Sidon: symbolic for Satan's camp (Ezek. ch. 27-28). She had satanic blood in her veins, but because of her belief on The Lord, and compassion for her daughter, He removed the evil spirit from her daughter. Even one of Satan's own can be saved if they believe on The Lord, that is what this subject was about.
  • Matt - 9 years ago
Jesus wasn't calling this woman a dog, He loved her because she loved and believed. He was teaching His disciples: whomsoever will. He is the Living Bread, Word, etc. and couldn't 'cast the children's bread away'. "Let the children eat first'' and then the Gentiles . Before the cross, He went to His lost sheep of Israel (Caucasian races) to let them know their shepherd had arrived: their Savior.

No matter what we are going through God's Angels will surround us with His love, guidance and protection that's why God have them around to protect his children from harm and the perils of this life. We can always count on God no matter what.
  • Rev Franklin Miller on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago
When my lovely wife, Carol, and I are talking on the phone or texting we say a prayer or just say I love you 91 at the end. Friends, church family and family ask about the 91 at the end and what an awesome moment to share God's word in this Psalm. I pray 91 over each of you that take the time to read these comments. You may want to practice this yourself from the depths of your heart.

  • MARK EDENS on Job 1 - 9 years ago
So, to get back to my original ?...where was this place when satan came with the "sons of God"? The sons of God are simply those of us who are saved. Rom 8:14, John 1:12, 1 John 3:1, and many more references.
  • Diane on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago

  • MARK on Job 1 - 9 years ago
Ezk ch 28 is talking about Tyrus. As we read God's word we find often that we have to cross reference to see what is actually being taught. Remember when Jesus walked among us he spoke often in parables. Also, in the book of Revelations for example, words of symbolism are used throughout this book. Rev, beginning in ch 6 we read of the white horse, the red horse and the pale horse.
  • Lilian on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago

Commenting to "Mark" reading Job 1
God created Lucifer, he was an anointed cherub that covered the throne of God Ezk:28:14
until iniquity (sin was found in him, he then became Satan.) To me sounds like he could have
been in Heaven, the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also. Satan had been roaming the earth. I agree there are three heavens, so we cannot be
    sure.
  • Cassie on Psalms 1 - 9 years ago

  • Cassie on Joel 2 - 9 years ago

  • Brodeirck Green on Romans 8 - 9 years ago
The one thing that I know from my own experience with God is that He will always be there when I need Him. Other than turning your back on Him denouncing Him , there is no sin that He won't forgive you for, so in knowing that there should be NO ONE or NOTHING that will be able to seperate you from the Love of God.
  • Isaac on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago
God the some yesterday, today, and forever will short that third voice that is an impediment to progress in my life and Will open the door for progress in my life now and forever more

  • Eric on Psalms 11 - 9 years ago
The Psalmist of chapter 11 has one understanding of God, Chirst in the gospel of John, has another. Yet both are included in the same Bible, the same religion, the same church. And so it is with Christians.
  • Niveah Blanchard on Romans 8 - 9 years ago
