  • Bridget on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago
Psalm 91 is a powerful Psalm! It is a prayer or an affirmation of protection. I have known this Psalm since I was a little girl. When I was in Elementary School we recited Psalm 91 in unison along with the teachers and the Principal. It has served to bring me Comfort and Peace over the years, knowing that God Almighty is my Protector and my Vindicator. To God be all the Glory, Praise, and Honor!!!

Jesus christ is the only way to heaven, so as many that believe in Him till His returning back to take His people, i.e, believers, and His people Israelits, will make it to the land that God the father promised which is heaven, remember He said in verse 7 "I will give them an heart to know me, that i am the Lord....they shall return unto me.while the weaked and the evil doers will end up in heal.
  • Rev. Booker T. Simmons's on Matthew 11 - 9 years ago
What I personal think of Matthew 11:30, is, when I have Jesus caring my yoke and burden, my load is lighter and burden is not heavy. Thank God for his gift in giving Jesus to forgive us for our sins. Jesus life death burial and resurrection is our redeeming life. May grace mercy and truth be with his believing people of God. Amen. Btes.

We can always find scriptures to back up what we want to believe in parts, our Father in heaven wants us to live and serve him but every word he has spoken in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. He left the map there is not a by pass route!
  • MARK on Job 1 - 9 years ago
That is correct, 1 Thess ch 4 starting in v 13 lets us know that the "dead in Christ" are awaiting judgement day, and that also.... there will not be a 1000 yr reign on earth by Christ as most worldly religion teaches. We will meet him in the clouds, or air, and so shall we ever be with him. Also, 1 Samuel ch 28, v 19 lets us know that Samuel was not in heaven already, based on his remark to Saul.
  • Hector D on Psalms 11 - 9 years ago
God does not hate like man hates. God's hatred is toward sin, He will separate the sinner from Himself. This is not contradictory to God's love, for in his love for sinners God has made it possible for sin to be forgiven so that all can be reconciled to God. John 3:1-21, God talks about the New Birth! God is not willing that any should parish but that all should come to repentance. ( 2 Peter 3:9)

  • Irene123 on Nehemiah 1 - 9 years ago
Did anyone know that Ezra and Nehemiah were the last 2 books of the O.T. written, Nehemiah being the very last, before the 400 yrs. silence between the Old and New testaments? There were writings during those 400 yrs., but even the writers didn't consider them inspired of God, is why they are not included in the canon of His word. Nehemiah was the last INSPIRED word of God for the O.T.
  • Matt on John 7 - 9 years ago
Those who believed on Him, here, are the lost sheep of Israel: Israelites. The 'Jews', who denied Him, are not Israelites, but Cain's descendants. The religious leaders, the Pharisees, Saducees and scribes are also Cain's descendants. ''Strictly speaking it is incorrect to call an ancient Israelite a Jew or to call a contemporary Jew an Israelite or a Hebrew"~ The Jewish Almanac 1980 page 3.
  • Sis Anna on Jeremiah 7 - 9 years ago
Bring it on up to 2017 into our times. Idols now are our tablets, computers and mobile devices of any kind. Although synonymous, we can use it for good or bad. We can go on it 3 minutes a day and give God first fruits of our day and week or we can use the high technology for IDOL WORSHIP. As Christians, we must be very careful not to offend God. We must put God, through Christ Jesus First.

The courses are divided into weeks during Abib/ Nisan (end of March, early April) (1 Chron. ch. 24) and Abia/ Abijah was 8th. Afterwards, Zacharias and Elizabeth conceived. That means that John was conceived in the month of June, and, being 6 months older than Jesus, means that Christ was conceived in December NOT born. Nine months later, our Lord Jesus Christ was BORN in the month of September.
  • Shenika Chapman on Psalms 92 - 9 years ago
I know the Lord is working today, his want no to overcome anything not Godly to listen for his message. God is the one that wakes me up. He helps me with troubling feels and bad habits. He gives me protection to keep me out of harm's way. Working for the Lord is the best job I can ever work; God will not destroy me. He loves me enough to tell me about his strength that only he can provide.

  • Irene123 - 9 years ago
People make God out to be so cruel; how could He do some of the things people say He does and -- be a God of LOVE?! That's just confusion ad God IS NOT the author of confusion; but take guess at who is? And he also knows the word of God better than any human will ever know it.
  • Irene123 on John 3 - 9 years ago
To Tabitha - remember Abraham taking Isaac up the mtn. to sacrifice him? But God provided a ram caught by it's horns in the brush. As God wasn't cruel enough to let A. follow through, neither would He be cruel enough to sacrifice His 'son'. The Bible says, God was MANIFEST in the flesh. God provided HIMSELF with a flesh body in the incarnation with Mary to be the sinless sacrifice for our sins.
  • Irene123 - 9 years ago
espe cont. - Jesus was only in the mind of God before the incarnation with Mary. God knew of His plan before anything was created to save man from sin. Before he created me God knew how my life would go; before He created the earth and all that is therein He knew His plan of Jesus - GOD manifest in the flesh. The 'son' is the flesh God created for Himself - GOD manifest .....
  • Irene123 on Psalms 45 - 9 years ago
To ese okposio - ".....anointed with the oil of gladness above thy 'fellows'." This is a prophesy of the coming messiah, Jesus. His 'fellows' are all flesh men of earth; Jesus is sinless, they are not. Jesus is anointed to be our savior, as no one else could be because of sin. His 'fellows' are Jesus peers during His lifetime. Tis PROPHECY to come; not about Jesus in heaven, cont.
  • Barbara B on Ezekiel 26 - 9 years ago
In verse 9, the word engines is used. Can you tell me the meaning? I didn't think that word-engine-was used or known about at that time? But with our GOD, nothing is impossible!!
  • Connie kittrell on Psalms 10 - 9 years ago
I put my trust in God.
  • Joyce Cardoza - 9 years ago
Revelation is for Israel, not the body of Christ, the Grace believers, the body of Christ we are caught up before Revelation, in Daniel 12 the Angel I believe was trying to tell him about the end of the age, time wise, and how it was going to be like, I just want Christians to understand that we were never the Israelites, we were the gentiles, and was given Grace a gift of God, Eph2:8, 9
  • Joyce Cardoza - 9 years ago
It wasn't that long ago when no one could understand Daniel, then one day we read it and began to understand, People get mixed up with Israel and the body of Christ, and we are not the bride of Christ, the body of Christ will be caught up before the Last 3-1/2 years are up, as for the 7 years they were given a false peace treaty, There will be a remnant from Israel that is saved.
  • Joyce Cardoza on Daniel 12 - 9 years ago
I put Daniel 11, and it was 12, when Daniel was talking about the intelligence of the world, he was talking about what we have accomplished in our world, such as the internet, being able to fly anyplace, just look at what we have that Daniel's time didn't even think about, that's why he couldn't understand what the angel was telling him, and was told to close it, and many would die ECT.
