Please read The Book Of Enoch and once you are finish reading this extraordinary book, your life will never be the same again. BENEH HA ELOHIM means The Angels , and BENOT ADAM means the sons of Adam. Read carefully of many,

THE EVERYDAY BIBLE , THE CENTURY VERSION. Genesis 6:4. The Nephilum were on the earth in those days and also later. That The Sons Of God ( Bene Ha ELOHIM ) had sexual relations with the daughters of human beings. ( BENOT ADAM ). These women gave birth to children ( the giants ), who became famous and we're mighty warriors of long ago. HE SAID YAHWEH GOD, ( You will live only 120 years) because that is how The Ark took them numerical years. After that the flood came. """ The book of Enoch as many others books Really does mentioned The Coming Of The Messiah, The Son, The Christ. My question is WHY IN THE WORLD SHOULD I ABSTTEIN FROM READING SUCH AS INTERESTING BOOKS ? Look it under WIKIPEDIA in The Lost Books of the Bible and the Forgotten Books of Eden. And the Non-canonicals books referenced in the Bible. And The Missing Books of The Bible. I will Not Mention More for this is it for now. Glory be to God.

Once again, thank you for your great testimony Gary & all that you've shared here. Indeed, the incomprehensible wonder of it all: that God should choose us to be IN HIM even before the foundation of the World, to be holy creatures & without blame before Him; & also being predestined unto the adoption of children through Jesus Christ unto Himself, Ephesians 1:4,5. Thus, as His children, so greatly blessed to have His Spirit indwell us, we can only but cry out "Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant (as serving under the Law that brought judgement & death), but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ." Galatians 4:6,7. What a privilege we have to be called the children of God & what the full import of that will be when we all stand together in that coming day, in great joy before His Glory having full understanding & in perfect love. We can hardly restrain ourselves awaiting that time ( 1 Corinthians 2:9,10).

And yet, in the flesh, we often fail to restrain ourselves from sin. Even knowing to do good, but not following through with it, it becomes sin to us ( James 4:17). We could cry out with the apostle, "O wretched man that I am, who shall deliver me from this body of death?" What a beautiful & correct answer: it's only possible "through Jesus Christ our Lord" ( Romans 7:24,25). It's by Jesus' Blood He cleanses us, by His Spirit He delivers us, & by His Promise He receives us as His children, made worthy to share in His Glory.

Unworthy as we might feel to receive any crown or prize, as the work of Grace in us has been all from Him & of Him, yet as the apostle ran his earthly race, he only saw the prize that lay before him that kept him alert, motivated & on proper course: the prize of his "high calling OF God IN Christ Jesus" ( Philippians 3:14): ultimately to be in the Lord's Presence, finding full rest from his manifold temptations & difficult labours.

Every blessing to you & to Richard - thanks for popping by.

Bravo! Well said. We need to know how to walk in the times of the prophecy. We need to be filled with new wine for wisdom and boldness and the character and nature of the Holy Spirit. The evil one dominates China and China wishes to rule the world just as the evil one wishes to rule the world. However, Jesus Christ is alive and well and is the King of kings and Lord of Lords

If the Bible is inspired by the word God we should contend ourselves within those books, of course many people with egos and rebellion attitudes always look for secrets from earthy men but with the faith of stone one can be intuitive to the Holy Spirit revealing the truth of wisdom and knowledge of God's ways.

You will find nowadays plenty of The Missing Books of The Bible and in this occasion The Apocriphal Books, Deuterocanonical And Pseudo graphical BUT of course, not every book is inspired but It is good to read, but read it using The Hebrew writings, Greek, Latin, Arameo and which ever language you come across with. For an example: Genesis 6:2 ' That the sons of God saw that the daughter of men that they were fair; IT MEANS BENE HA ELOHIM, SAW THE THE DAUGHTER OF MEN, which means " BENOTH ADAM " it really makes a big difference believe it or not. YAHWEH : "Behold the hand, behold the nail ". Check the name of God revealed on YOUTUBE to make it easier for you. Chairs/Shalom. The Apostle Paul was the 13 Apostle because he was chosen for the gentiles ( first it was for the Jews and later on was for the gentiles ). Seem not to believe me brothers and sisters, read The Apocriphal missing books and the rest. I wish I could find a meeting place were I could just go and pray to YAHWEH " God " and still learn how to worship HIM/THEY. The Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit ( AMEN ) ""I WILL HAVE ALWAYS AN OPEN MIND""

In Revelation chapter 21 we see the new Jerusalem, "coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband", and "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God." So in the end, heaven and earth will be together. The meek, in and by Jesus Christ, inherit it all.

The Old Testament was given to Israel and they were supposed to be a witness to the world:

Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations. ( 1 Chronicles 16:24)

It was also given for us to learn the ways of the LORD by it:

Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. ( 1 Corinthians 10:11)

The New Testament is for the world to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ whereby whosoever will come unto him shall be saved.

The soul that sinneth, it shall die:

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.( Romans 6:23)

    There is a second death:

And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. ( Revelation 21:6-8)

I agree. He's not being as deceptive these days. Clearly he just wants to destroy any good that President Trump has accomplished. The big goal.

Force us to twiddle our thumbs for 6 weeks, sheltering at home, watching bills pile up.

These are signs. Whether or not anyone listens, we have to warn them.

On tv, Biden intends to drop sanctions against China. Drop sanctions against Iran. Help them restore their uranium producing equipment (that it was reported that Iran had accidentally blown up part of that operation itself)

Biden said he is going to cut off funds to Israel and give funds to the Palestinians.

He said that if Israel builds on Israel land anymore homes or businesses: He is going to impose SANCTIONS on Israel!!!!!

HEAR THIS... if that happens...God is going to curse our nation, and turn up the misery level to MAXIMUM MISERY. Blessings GONE.

He's already said we're going to have 6 weeks of no income, more businesses closed. More bankruptcies. Schools closed.

You need to get the app for CBN News so you can see the news that Network News refuses to report on National TV. Or you can watch it the next day after on YouTube. Search 700 Club and Date: December 9.

Our national news is not only fake, but a collection of demon possessed up close and personal.

    Wesley's Notes for Hebrews 5:7

The sum of the things treated of in the seventh and following chapters is contained, Heb 5:7-10; and in this sum is admirably comprised the process of his passion, with its inmost causes, in the very terms used by the evangelists. Who in the days of his flesh - Those two days, in particular, wherein his sufferings were at the height. Having offered up prayers and supplications - Thrice. With strong crying and tears - In the garden. To him that was able to save him from death - Which yet he endured, in obedience to the will of his Father. And being heard in that which he particularly feared - When the cup was offered him first, there was set before him that horrible image of a painful, shameful, accursed death, which moved him to pray conditionally against it: for, if he had desired it, his heavenly Father would have sent him more than twelve legions of angels to have delivered him. But what he most exceedingly feared was the weight of infinite justice; the being bruised and put to grief by the hand of God himself. Compared with this, everything else was a mere nothing; and yet, so greatly did he ever thirst to be obedient to the righteous will of his Father, and to lay down even his life for the sheep, that he vehemently longed to be baptized with this baptism, Lu 12:50. Indeed, his human nature needed the support of Omnipotence; and for this he sent up strong crying and tears: but, throughout his whole life, he showed that it was not the sufferings he was to undergo, but the dishonour that sin had done to so holy a God, that grieved his spotless soul. The consideration of its being the will of God tempered his fear, and afterwards swallowed it up; and he was heard not so that the cup should pass away, but so that he drank it without any fear.

Trish: Pray when you study God's word. The Bible is the living Word of God. The Bible cannot be summarized, because the more you read it, the more depth and understanding you will have. God created man to worship Him. We were created for his glory. Therefore, he set rules in order for man to follow. These are the 10 commandments, as well as the doctrine taught by Jesus. Repent and sin not. Read the New Testament first from Matthew to Revelation. Read Psalms to understand who God is, what he does and what he has done. The Jews were his chosen people because God wanted them to be an example for the Gentiles (everyone who is not a Jew). The commandments are for both. God requires us to live holy in this present world and live without sinning. When God sends Jesus to gather the saints to be with them, He will separate the saints from the wicked. Fire and brimstone will fall from the heavens and earth will destroyed and recreated. The saints, who are meek will return to a new heaven and a new earth, literally. The wicked shall be cast into the lake of fire with the devil known as Satan and all the demons. It will be a place burning eternally with fire and smoke. The wicked will not die. The righteous will have spiritual bodies. Heaven will be the headquarters of God, Jesus and their angels. We shall be caught up to meet him in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. The soul that sins shall die. This death is an eternal separation from God. Saints will be in the first resurrection. The righteous shall live forever with the Lord. (To be continued.) We are to believe who God is, that Jesus is His Son and our Saviour. Jesus came to save us from sin. Many people will be alive when Jesus comes in the air. We will all be judged by God when resurrected. Then we will be separated, the good from the evil people. Some will be with Jesus, others to everlasting punishment. Fear God and keep his commandments. This is the whole duty of man.

I was so happy to find Bible Stories on YouTube. By age groups. Quite a selection too!!

When I sit down and put one on tv, my grandson will bring his toys over and watch them with me. After a few, we go outside and throw frisbee.

'LIKE' those videos, so YouTube keeps them on and adds more.

I hope everyone knows that you have a Christian alternative to Netflix??

PureFlix is Christian theme movies and cartoons. You can try it before you buy it too. Take a look.

Sometimes you got to bite the bullet to get the worldly out of your kids. It's hard these days. They are playing with their friends from school on inter-active gaming.

You need something good to balance out the wasted time (my personal evaluation ok?)

My nephew had seizures most of his life. Playing video games triggered most occurrences. Not the grand mals, but the vacant stare off into space kind.
  • Susie - In Reply on Proverbs 18:22 - 5 years ago
Proverbs 18:22 With God's plan, along with family structure and order in society, man and woman, male and female are the prescription to marry. Shacking and living together unmarried is out of order with our Creator. When God created Eve for Adam, she was his help mate; two became one. Therefore, one plus one equals one -- unity. Husband and wife work together in love enjoying one another. It is one of life's beautiful rewards. When spouses live together in love and unity, they have a wonderful, beautiful long life. God favors marriage. He wants couples (both male and female) to be joined in holy matrimony. The key here is the word holy. Wives are to be loved, treasured and cherished by their husbands. The Bible says for men to love their wives and be not bitter against them. Husbands who love God know how to love their wives and truly appreciate them. Women are fragile and often have delicate personalities. But when they are loved, men get 100 per cent of their love, emotions and energy. When both spouses are godly this is a major factor and it really works.

The formula is love the Lord God, love Jesus, and love your spouse. God is love.
  • Does God Still Heal People Today - In Reply on Luke 18 - 5 years ago
This is the Commentary, from this website:

35-43 This poor blind man sat by the wayside, begging. He was not only blind, but poor, the fitter emblem of the world of mankind which Christ came to heal and save. The prayer of faith, guided by Christ's encouraging promises, and grounded on them, shall not be in vain. The grace of Christ ought to be thankfully acknowledged, to the glory of God. It is for the glory of God if we follow Jesus, as those will do whose eyes are opened. We must praise God for his mercies to others, as well as for mercies to ourselves. Would we rightly understand these things, we must come to Christ, like the blind man, earnestly beseeching him to open our eyes, and to show us clearly the excellence of his precepts, and the value of his salvation.

    Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

In this scripture a blind man persisted and was cured of blindness by Jesus.

In the Harmony of the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John): people were healed or cured of all manners of sickness, disease, blind, deaf, mute, demon possessed, sexual sins, etc.

He had meetings and fed thousands of people and the Bible says He healed the whole crowd. The crowds' Faith level was so strong, that they all got healed. Wow!

All we have to do is reach out and touch Jesus, with our Faith, in Jesus's ability to heal and deliver. Even now. In feeding on scripture: taking it into ourselves (spirit), our faith is going rise up to be able to receive what we ask for.

If we ask according to the known Will of God, we will be healed. Confess confidence instead of doubt and insecurity.

If a little "voice" says: you don't have enough faith, you drink beer or smoke (accuses)....that's Satan trying to wreck your Faith. "You don't read the Bible", any kind of accusation. Step over that and walk towards the Lord with your FAITH in Jesus's willingness to save, baptize with The Holy Spirit, and heal.

Or let your Church pray corporately for you.

    Receive it.

    (Comment at end)

    Ephesians 5:26

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the WASHING OF THE WATER by the WORD

    Titus 3:5

    Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the WASHING of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

As we read our Bibles every day; and spend some time praying to the Lord afterwards: our minds are being cleansed of wrong thinking and temptations.

It's true what they used to say (not so much anymore): garbage in, garbage out. I kicked the cable-tv habit a decade ago. I got tired of tv trying to teach me their low-living doctrines till it made me react. I have not missed it at all.

There are very good Bible Ministry programs on FM Radio. 24 hours a day.

Cable tv preachers can be watched on YouTube, so "LIKE" them so YouTube keeps them on.

There is no reason to be assaulted by the temptations cable tv offers. I watch antenna tv. Costs me NOTHING. $200.00 saved every month. There's news on 5 channels daily, cartoons on 2, three PBS channels, oldies movies, cooking, DIY, cops-cowboys-comedy (clean), medical, mysteries, and more. Depending on where your transmitters are you should pull in 42-58 channels. Spanish programming too!

Kick the habit (cable). With wireless you can still stream. Check it out. :D

Good news is you have more time for Bible Reading and visiting this Comment Community regularly to exchange thoughts and questions. The Prayer Request room always needs people to pray for those who are sick, afraid, have lost someone who died, or stressed from sheltering. I find it very rewarding.

  • Daily Growth in The Churches - In Reply on Acts 2:47 - 5 years ago
    Acts 2:46

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

    Acts 2:47

Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord ADDED to the church daily such as should be saved.

    Acts 5:42

And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

    Acts 6:1

And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.

    Acts 16:5

And so were the churches established in the faith, and INCREASED in number daily.

    Acts 17:11

These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

We need to check in daily with ACLJ dot com to see what Petitions need signatures

Regarding, the House Democrats that are trying to close American Churches, BAN singing in Church, penalize Church members not wearing face masks! Even going so far as penalizing Christians who have Home Bible studies!!!

Our Constitutional Freedoms regarding Churches are going away because of lack of information, not signing Petitions to stop these illegal actions,

Complacency, inaction and not "getting involved" for whatever reason. THIS is the Church that Jesus shed His Blood, to plant in the Book of Acts. It's Biblical; It's the KNOWN Will of God, through Jesus Christ.

So, WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT JESUS?

The Senate isn't doing this atrocity. It's Nancy Pelosi (who said on camera that she's a devoted Catholic and doesn't hate anybody)

....and her personal gang of "yes men and women".

I think it's time the Church rose up and protest by holding up signs by the roadsides....AND SINGING

With face masks of course. We need to show we are not going to let them win!

The Church was indeed "added to" in Acts 2:41-47. There is a reference to a sinning Church member who refuses to repent & change his behaviour: that he be removed from the Church, that he might come to his senses & be restored or else that God destroys him so that his spirit might yet be saved ( 1 Corinthians 5:1-5). And then in Acts 5:1-11 there is the sad account of Ananias & Sapphira, where because of sin, the Lord had dealt severely with them.

I wouldn't say that the Book of Revelation is one of "chaos & confusion". True, much imagery is used in it, & things written of the future that may be hard to comprehend, but I would suggest that those who do find the Book confusing or chaotic, that they should seek to learn from it. One can find much help in reading & understanding the Book, but if there is still doubt, then it's best to leave the matter with God, pray for understanding & be watchful for things that will come to pass.

In it are the words of Jesus (as indicated in Revelation chapter 1) given to the Apostle John to declare the Mind & Acts of God during the final days of the Earth. If they are hard to be understood, then the problem rests with us & we should seek further light on the matter. In any case, the things that are yet to happen, should alert every reader of this Book (& indeed all of Scripture), to the terrors & judgements that await those who spurn God's Love for them & not giving heed to the state of their souls.
  • Chris - In Reply on Genesis 41:29 - 5 years ago
Okay. In reference to the 'end times', we have Revelation 13:17: "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." Also, in Revelation 14:9,10.

If you're unfamiliar with this chapter 13, you may want to read it from the beginning. This account was part of a greater vision given to the Apostle John concerning the last days, including the Great Tribulation (i.e. when the Anger of God is poured upon this world). John saw a beast rising up from the sea, having seven heads & ten horns. The beast is understood to be the coming Anti-Christ & the heads being the confederation of nations supporting him & an extension of his evil presence. As his name indicates, he will come proclaiming to be the Messiah, but his character & work are completely different & opposed to that of Jesus Christ. The Anti-Christ will demand he be worshipped & for those who refuse to do so & refuse to receive his mark, will not be able to trade. And this means the demise of those who stay true to Christ, being destroyed in the flesh but saved & glorified in the spirit.

And yes, we're certainly at the threshold of such events as we consider Israel & the countries that are opposed to its existence. There have always been problems in that region & at a time when the forces of evil violently come against Israel, there will come a 'saviour' to negotiate peace in the region, but one who will ultimately serve his own ends & control the governments of the world & the people. The Anti-Christ is Satan incarnate, but most, as they are now, are conditioned to believe lies & accept him as one sent from God.
