When Moses built the ark of the covenant he did not built according to some levitical diagram,He built according to what God showed him ON THE MOUNT WHEN HE WAS WITH GOD,See said HE that you make everything according to what was shown you on the mount, and in the very most holy place was the ark of the covenant Where GOD WAS BETWEEN THE 2 CHURIBIM OF GLORY.SO we SEE the KINGDOM/TRINTTY IN THE ARK.

In Heaven there will be no marriage or copulation among angels, but angels do have the ability to take on human form and copulate with humans on earth. That's what happened as written in Deuteronomy and the children born as a result of such copulation became giants. However, God does not approve of this and considered it an abomination, one of many which resulted in the Great Flood.

I have heard that presently and somewhere are all the finished, prefabricated materials and ornaments necessary to build a new temple in Jerusalem. Those behind this task are waiting for a relevant time to set it all in motion. If this is true, than it adheres to this particular chapter concerning the construction of the original temple, but the new one will be built very very quickly.

End of day 91 of Bible in a Year Reading. It is hard to wrap one's head around the differences and commonalities we share with these past peoples. We have the tremendous benefit of God's complete inspired Words before us. The history, doctrine, prophecies/revelations - they did not. Sadly we have in common is epic carnality and wickedness in our surrounding culture. God bless to His glory.

Maria; "..how can i make copies of the book of psalms..?" Write them out by hand! A great Saint gave some very sound advice about the Scriptures, which we would all be very wise to follow. He said, Write it down, pray it in, and work it out! In the Law also it is commanded the king, that he write out a copy of the Law for himself, and read therein every day. "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet."

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Here is the completed thought of God concerning our pilgrimage home through this strange land! "I AM" searches the hearts and our innermost self while the Spirit intercedes for us according to the will of God, that we might succeed through His grace and endure true and faithful to the end. The "All Things" working together for good, have to do with our being Called, and Walking in the Spirit, and not about the things of the flesh and the will and desires of the flesh but the things into which we are Baptized into Christ, according to His purpose and the world to come, for which we prepare. In this we are of good cheer though we spend our days in tribulation and trial and sorrows and pains because Jesus who is our life has overcome the world, and from the right hand of God on high, directs all things for us likewise to overcome.

Gene; 1 John 3:12 "Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous." Read again what is here written; "..Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD." Bringing an offering implies coming to give account of one's self; and that account must be centered in Christ's sacrifice.

Day 90 of Bible in a Year Reading. The history of David as King and which of his sons would be King is both fascinating and terrifying. Good intentions are not enough to stop the path of destruction that sin has starts. David's and Saul's families, as well as Israel, bore the brunt of the consequences of the leaders sins. The heirs sinned but were greatly influenced by the leaders. God Bless.

Romans 8:28 KJV And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. His purpose? Romans 8:29-31 KJV For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. 31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? God Bless!

Psalm 92 reminds us that we should exalt the Holy name of Jesus. We must worship and give Him thanks always. He has done soooo much for us. The least we can do is "give Him thanks"

When I received the Blessings of Salvation, this is one of the three scriptures that was given to me. Psalm 91 has brought me strength, joy, peace and the assurance knowing that GOD through His son JESUS has brought me peace with GOD through the Blood of JESUS CHRIST. Hallelujah Amen
  • Gene on Genesis 4 - 8 years ago
There is nothing in the Bible to show why God did not accept Cain's offering, or that Cain rejected the truth.
Speaking of sacrifices. No one has ever explained any reason whatsoever for sacrifices. Neither Abraham's attempt to sacrifice his only son, because God ordered it done as a test, which he later withdrew
  • Gene on Genesis 4 - 8 years ago
The Bible doesn't say that Cain murdered Abel, jut that they got into a fight and Cain killed him. Self-defense has always been a defense. One of you said that Cain married his sister. That is not true. Cain moved to the City of Nod, and married someone there.

Frankie; "I truly can't understand why Jacob is being Blessed by God after deceiving Isaac the way that he did..." "There is a generation that is pure in their own eyes but is not washed from their filthiness." While many use everything instead of Christ to establish their own righteousness, God is about to humble them and take everything away from them wherein they trust, who obey not the truth.

Charles; more directly to your question; (and I didn't mean to hurt your feelings by flashing the alerts); the DAY was a day as God made it, with or without the lights and the signs in the heavens that He afterwards put for our use. In our present state in this life trying to comprehend the divinity and understanding of God is like a sparrow trying to understand OUR breakfast: its too high for us!
  • A disciple on Ephesians 1 - 8 years ago
"In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory." On God's part concerning us, all things are prepared and ready; now we must overcome as Jesus did.
  • A disciple on Matthew 5 - 8 years ago
Daniel; isn't it like when we talk to one another; how if we start answering before we hear everything the other wants to say, that that's how misunderstandings get started? We want to hear the Word of God COMPLETELY THROUGH, in its entirety, to know the whole of what He is saying. So, yes, the whole; chapters 5 through 7; and not to pick out the things we like best, but for the whole Word.
  • A disciple on Genesis 1 - 8 years ago
Alex; instead of looking for secret codes and methodologies, which is not walking in truth; a manner of life proven by the trials of regular day to day life to be faithful and steadfast growing into the image and likeness of Jesus, is what will minister grace to those who see and hear us.
  • A disciple on Proverbs 17 - 8 years ago
"A reproof enters more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool." In our modern age it is considered barbaric and inhumane to inflict physical punishments on criminals. But God knows better what it takes to break man's wicked mind and pride so that he might repent and change his ways. Yet it still demands a certain character to benefit from reproof and punishment, or there is no result.
  • Linda on Genesis 1 - 8 years ago
In this passage this is Glory of God. I say this because when Moses had been up on the mountain with God and came back down his face shone.
