This psalm is indeed a word of comfort to all believers in a troubled world. We will be delivered from all the calamity mentioned by the truth, and Who is the truth..none other than King Jesus. I heard this from a preacher, that if a person is feeling a little down, and not in a good spirit, that if they would read any scripture from Psalms, it would make them feel 100% better. I do believe this. Amen.

We read in the Prophets that these too will all be kept and practiced under the full weight of Christ's Authority, and penalty by His Rod of Iron if they don't. There are many things we have yet to learn! The Apostles commanded that the Gentiles should not be held under scrutiny or bondage to keep the Law of Moses, as in becoming Jews but they DID NOT DENOUNCE IT, OR FORBID IT! Paul's teaching was to show the completeness of the grace of God in Christ for the Believer NOT to overthrow what God had enjoined to Israel for ever.

Dear Emanuel; you are mistaken about how one can blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Are you not aware of the furious rage of blasphemy against the Spirit coming from all sides these days? What about EVERYTHING coming out of Hollywood and the entire Entertainment Industry? Also, about being "Charismatic;" you should do an unbiased study on its origins and put them alongside the Scriptures: NOT of the LORD!
