  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Ephesians 1 - 9 years ago
A disciple; walk in the spirit then, I got out of the flesh long ago. Galations 5:16] This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
[17] For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 9 years ago
Again out of context 1st John 1:10] If we say that we have not sinn((ed)), we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
  • Douglas Gilbert Wells on 1 Corinthians 14 - 9 years ago

The Lord is good all the time...is good. The flesh lust against the spirit and vice versa. This conflict is fueled by the deception of unseen Spiritual forces. The Bible says that humans in nature wrestle not against flesh and blood, but the forces in the atmosphere and around that wants to turn people from the truth. These forces known as the old serpent deceives many that God does not exist

God and Father of Jesus does not hear the prayer of sinners. John 9:31] Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 9 years ago
John 3:18] ((He that believeth on him)) is not condemned: but ((he that believeth not)) is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 9 years ago
David: no love in John 3:16 it is past tense and conditional love basic 101 English. John 3:18 is that love. John 3:18 those who beieve vs those who do NOT believe. Again you are way out of context. John 3:16] For God so lov((ed)) the world, that he ((gave)) his only begotten Son, that ((whosoever)) believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 9 years ago
David: Jesus is only coming back for righteous people a saved sinner is a righteous person 1st John 3:[8] He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
[9] Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is bor
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 9 years ago
If you can't stop sinning you are calling Jesus a liar as he preached sin no more John 5:14. John 5:14] Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

  • Jonathan on Exodus 22 - 9 years ago
I do not know why people believe certain section of the bible is not meant for them or this dispensation. To any believer, the complete bible starts from Genesis and ends in Revelation. If what some people are saying is anything to go by, Christians are no more supposed to be reading old testament. Tithes paying, Psalms etc are in old testament, why do we still practise them?
  • Cynthia on Genesis 3 - 9 years ago
All I can say is that women tend to love flattery so it could be that Eve caved to the guile of satan or rather Satan played on her naivety, luring her into a false sense than she would become as wise as God.
  • Delroy-M on Psalms 3 - 9 years ago
    Psalms 3
Remind me of the times we are living in now .

He had promised never to leave us or forsaken us Amen !!!!
  • David Davies on Mark 16 - 9 years ago
V15, We must GO and preach the Gospel to All the world, no one should be left out. Don't preach earthly things, we must preach the Gospel so that people can be saved, if they repent.
  • William Iannucci on Luke 17 - 9 years ago

  • David Davies on John 3 - 9 years ago
KELLY: I know that I am Born Again because I confessed my sins, repented and put my Faith in Christ.
Are you saying that since you were Born Again you've never sinned? never done or thought anything you shouldn't of. God hates sin and He's VERY SAD when the ones He's forgiven do sin. He will always be with us, even when we fail Him. The one's that have never repented will perish in Hell.
  • David Davies on John 3 - 9 years ago
Continued: and we will be with Him in Heaven. It's the lost that will perish in Hell Forever. 1 John 1v10 says "If we say that we have not sinned we make Him a liar". The Lord will forgive All those who repent, and it's the forgiven ones who will be in Heaven when the Lord returns.
  • Lilian on Colossians 2 - 9 years ago
To Felicia Jesus loves you and God will cleanse your mind and heart to understand his own words. We are already pardoned and our sins are already forgiven by the BLOOD of Jesus. We are now save by his grace Our Prayers must be praising him with thanksgiving and worship him only for he is worthy There is no other God who can love us unconditionally its only Jesus amen
  • David Davies on John 3 - 9 years ago
Andrew: Romans 3v23 says "For All Have Sinned" we are All sinners. John 3v16 " For God so loved the world" He loves All, The Lord Jesus came to earth the first time to die and He will come again to take the forgiven ones Home to Heaven. I too am saved by God's Amazing Grace and my sins are forgiving, but SADLY the forgiven ones do sin sometimes but He forgives us.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 9 years ago
NOT the relationship of my body adoption. Romans 8:22] For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
[23] And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body." Romans 8:17] And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint
  • A disciple on Deuteronomy 16 - 9 years ago
"Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee.." The Bible isn't open for anyone to interpret it any way he wants; and the holy Glad Tidings of our Lord Jesus Christ is not open to be modernized by casual contemporary rock and roll rejects, for what they want to make of it. The Lord is holy, and He commands us to be holy and perfect with Him.
  • A disciple on Numbers 17 - 9 years ago
"Behold, we die, we perish, we all perish. Whosoever cometh any thing near unto the tabernacle of the LORD shall die: shall we be consumed with dying?" To what lengths of madness and theater will men go to in their desperation and fear; but will yet refuse to repent! Screaming and crying, working themselves into hysterics; but never ready to humble themselves to acknowledge the truth and convert!
  • A disciple - 9 years ago
Leviticus 18 (cont.); Lets talk straight: you who so vehemently affirm, that we all have to sin, and no one can keep the commandments perfect; what is it that you cannot be holy unto God? In all its varied and perverted forms; lechery is disgusting perversion and a hated thing by God; no matter what your contemporary church feeds you. Because of these things the wrath of God comes on the ungodly!
  • A disciple on Leviticus 18 - 9 years ago
"After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances." To all those who lie to us, and say that No one can keep the commandments; Which one in particular is it just impossible for you to keep? Is it any here, that warn we shall not do these abominations?
  • A disciple on Exodus 19 - 9 years ago
"Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself." Every true Believer knows without a doubt that he or she is not worthy of the least of the Lord's mercies, nor of all the truth that He shows us. But God says of us that He has chosen us to be a peculiar treasure unto Himself above all people; a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation.
  • A disciple on Genesis 34 - 9 years ago
What right did this Hivite "prince" have to take whatever damsel pleased him, and lay with her and defile her? What right does any young man have to just take what he wants to consume upon his lusts? Are we supposed to feel sorry for him because he was "in love" and spoke kindly to her after he completely disrespected her and used her? What does God's law say about rape? Its judged like murder!
  • A disciple on Genesis 35 - 9 years ago
Jacob's life seemed to be just one trouble after another, and sorrow over sorrow; he lost his mother's nurse, his wife, his father, and later a son; but nothing was a sign of God's disapproval, but rather, God came down and spoke to him and guided him away from a bad situation and blessed him with the same blessing and promise as He gave to Abraham and Isaac; and He gave Jacob a new name, Israel.
  • Julie on John 15 - 9 years ago
Amen, so true! He always gets me back up when I am at my worst.
  • A disciple on Ephesians 1 - 9 years ago
Mr. Kelly; If you live after the flesh, YOU SHALL DIE; but if you through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, you shall live...for they that are after the flesh CANNOT PLEASE GOD! BUT YOU ARE NOT AFTER THE FLESH, BUT AFTER THE SPIRIT, IF SO BE THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST DWELLS IN YOU...if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His."NBeing saved from our sins must be a fact done!
