John 15:9 "As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love." Does the Father love the Lord Jesus Christ more than anyone else or any thing? So does the Lord Jesus love us who believe in Him. "AS the Father loves Jesus" according as He finds in Him all that is good and truly the perfect reflection of Himself: in like manner does the the Lord Jesus think about us. Father God sees in Jesus His Son and Jesus sees in us His little children with all the capacity and hope of growing up into a man after God's own heart, and everything a friend, a brother, or sister, should be. Someone who thinks about the other with reciprocal love and the same mind, and the same likes and dislikes one who has the same family traits. This love is what moves Him to release us of our debts, and never mention them again to us, when we're really sorry, and change for the better. This is the love that stays true and faithful when others raise a slander against you, and seek to humiliate and destroy you Jesus stays a true and faithful friend, and sticks up for you. If the Lord thinks likes this about us who believe in Him, and want with all our hearts to be pleasing and useful to Him how much should we also consider one another in the same way that we want Him to think about us! "Love wasn't put in your heart to stay love isn't love until you give it away!"

Ray: We are in The Tribulation. It started a few Thousand years ago.--In The World Ye shall have Tribulation---. John 16:33 /--- We Glory in Tribulations--- Romans 5:3. Tribulation is for The Saved. Wrath is for The Lost. No one knows when The Rapture happens. If We are here when The Wrath comes We will be Protected by The Blood. We Shall be Saved from Wrath through Him. Romans 5:9. Keep looking Up

Our children are still being sacrifice to moloch today through show biz and entertainment. Parents are prostituting there child for their own financial gain. Sending your child in to a world of drugs, fame and pedophiles. As a parent we a responsibility to God's little ones.

Irene (fr. 3 mths ago); We don't have to answer every mean word and false accusation. I belong to the Lord Jesus Christ, and I live altogether because of His Word, and try every day to live according to His Word. My house is built upon solid foundation, and with the only suitable building materials. The Lord Jesus Christ came into this evil world in the flesh to give His life a ransom for me.
  • A disciple on Acts 4 - 9 years ago
Is there any doubt that the beast who ascends out of the pit is going about in a furious rage against the LORD and against His Anointed, to make war on the Saints? or that the devil has come down in great anger because he knows he only has a short time, to pursue and persecute us and to devour us? Why then do so many Christians still think that they can reason by truth with the unreasonable?
  • A disciple on Joshua 24 - 9 years ago
"Ye cannot serve the LORD: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins. If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath done you good." It is the LORD's prerogative who is to be saved, and who shall serve Him; and He does not accept hypocrisy, lip-service or insincerity.
  • A disciple on Joshua 24 - 9 years ago
"..Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt on the other side of the flood in old time..and they served other gods. And I took your father Abraham from the other side of the flood, and led him throughout all the land of Canaan.." All Nations today are the children of Noah's sons, and of the new world after the flood; but only a small remnant are called of God out, chosen and faithful.
  • A disciple on Ephesians 6 - 9 years ago
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might." The Lord's discourse on the Mount of Olives ( Matt. 24-25; Mark 13; Luke 21); His last words to the Apostles at the Passover Supper ( John 13-17); the messages to the Churches ( Rev. 2-3); and all throughout the Prophets; the Lord our God has given us foreknowledge of all that we should expect to encounter as His people.

Donna Everett (cont.); But even though all aren't called to take the lead, everyone whose heart stirs them up to come bring to the Lord's work, is accepted and welcomed. There were many women who followed Jesus and ministered to Him out of their substance; some of them were the first to see the Lord risen and alive again! There were also many women who served among the churches whom Paul praised.
  • A disciple on Genesis 1 - 9 years ago
Mr. Curious; what are you looking for? MANY came to Jesus all through the centuries, for AS MANY different reasons. We come to Jesus because He loved us and died on the cross for our sins to reconcile us; and if we continue in our sins and a life of indifference to God and don't repent; it will mean hell for sure! The wages of sin is death; everyone must give account of himself to God in the end.
  • A disciple on Psalms 22 - 9 years ago
Dan; you could actually look it up for yourself; it's in Strong's Concordance! Pierced - Psalm 22:16 #738 Arei or Aryeh [Aleph Resh Yode] from #717 Arah [Aleph Resh He]. Virgin - Isaiah 7:14 #5959 'Almah [Ayin Lamed Mem He] (fem. form of #5958 'Alam [Ayin Lamed Mem]); a lass (as veiled or private); damsel, maid, virgin. You can study day and night, but will never know if you're not of the truth.
  • A disciple on Revelation 11 - 9 years ago
Hi Ron; You are so right! There have been very many who were raised from the dead by the Lord Jesus Christ; both when He was here, and by the hands of His servants since then. The "Second Death" is still to come at the Judgment; NOT the same as falling to sleep twice, like those who were revived to life. Moses' spirit appeared with Elijah still as he was when he went up into heaven; like Enoch.
  • William Barber on Numbers 1 - 9 years ago
My God has shown me so many different things and answerd so many prayers but the question is how do we know he's there the answer is cause he told us out of his mouth he will always be there but we have to seek him he says if we dint know him then we will not acknowledge us
  • Oliver on Genesis 22 - 9 years ago
This chapter of the Bible marks a great meaning in human and God relationship and human salvation
    1. the human nature is always to " take" and rarely give as portrayed in infants who alway put in their mouth whatever they grab
I perceived God must have had goose pimples allover when Abraham willing gave his beloved son Isaac
2.Isaac signifies Jesus whom GOD gave as a ransom for our sin
  • Ron on Hebrews 9 - 9 years ago
There are plenty of people who die twice, Lazarus, the widow's son, the young maiden. All three were stone cold dead and were resurrected to live out their lives and die a second time. The Lord Jesus Christ died ONCE NEVER TO DIE AGAIN!. There is a difference. All those at the final judgement died physically and spiritually once and will die a second time never to see God again, EVER!
  • Chosen by God on Joshua 7 - 9 years ago
profound words, why is it that when we as believers depart from the correct teaching of God's word and enter into sin we tend to fault God, asking stupid questions like, if God is so powerful WHY DID HE.....stop right there we made that choice to enter into sin. James 1:5 "IF any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not;and it shall be given him
  • Ron on Revelation 20 - 9 years ago
Everything comes full circle, what God started in Eden will be fullfilled. It appears that People will be born in eternity. Note, there are millions of flesh and blood survivors on earth at vs 8-10 that do not die. All the Jews survive and I assume a remnant of gentiles. Thus you have Rev. 21:24-26 and Rev. 22:2 - the Tree of Life. satan's stunt in Genesis was only a temporary road block for God.
  • Ron on Revelation 10 - 9 years ago
Verse 4 - the seven thunders. A lot of people keep trying to figure out what they said but per verse 7 no one will know until the time. The Prophets knew the basics but John died being the only living person knowing the Complete mystery of God, completed! Do I have this right? What are your thoughts?

All time is marked by GOD, no matter what place you hold in the world. Daniel let's us you should be on our mission while we have time. Time is soon gone and where will be then?

  • Ron on Revelation 11 - 9 years ago
A disciple: Lazarus died twice ( John 11:38-44), the widow's son died twice ( Luke 7:11-17) and the young maiden died twice ( Acts 9:37-40). Plus you did not explain how Moses got out of paradise to appear at the mount of transfiguration. This is dealing with the nation of Israel, Moses the Law and Elijah the Prophets. Enoch was not Jewish and if anything, he is a type of the church rapture.

Wow, A Disciple, I have never heard that before. Could you kindly give me the Hebrew letters spelling of this word 'araw' so I could look into it. Many thanks. Anything to say on virgin of Isaiah 7:14?

What a friend we have in Jesus!
You know because He's our only friend.
  • A disciple on Acts 2 - 9 years ago
"..Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven..every man heard them speak in his own language." It may seem like an insignificant point that there were Jews from every Nation under heaven; but there is much in it. Because of Israel's sin and rebellion, rejection of the faith and God's Spirit in His Prophets; they were put under the dominion of the Gentiles until the Day of the LORD.
  • A disciple on Acts 1 - 9 years ago
"The former treatise have I made O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach" While the Rulers of the Jews were fighting against the name of Jesus Christ, and forbidding any to teach in His name; Luke wrote the full account and wrote it into two books for the express purpose of giving the high priest the complete testimony of Christ's coming in the flesh according to the Scriptures.

God answered the prayers of Jabez. He can hear our prayers too. All we need do its have absolute trust in Him. We should always remember that "Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested."

Mark; it was needful for Christ to suffer and die for the sins of the world. The Jews meant it for evil to deliver up the Lord to the Gentiles to be killed; but the Father sent Him for good; that whoever believes in Him might be reconciled to God, washed and cleansed from their sins, and made a new creation, according to that which the Prophets have foretold should happen. By Christ's shed blood!
  • A disciple on Psalms 22 - 9 years ago
Dan and Mark; The first mentioning of Christ having to suffer to redeem us is found in Genesis 3:15. After the LORD God had questioned the man and his wife; He had His two witnesses and didn't need to call a jury or give the devil a chance to defend himself; but directly pronounced his eternal doom, face down in the pit; and that the Seed of the woman would break his head by His own being bruised.
