Psalm 91 gives me peace in very difficult times.

The greatness of the great chapter of the great verse of the great Bible.

If you look at the word men it is in italics. This means the word men was supplied by the translator or added. Read the verse without the word men because that is how it is in the original text. I tell you, in that night there will be two in one bed the one will be taken and the other left.

I noticed that in verse 25 that it mentions Mary wife of Cleophas. This is the only mention of her or Cleophas in the entire Bible. Who is she and who is Cleophas?

Verse 4: We want to praise God and specifically mention his name, Jehovah, in our prayers and in our conversations with others.

Verse 9: What a wonderful blessing it will be when the entire earth is filled with the knowledge of Jehovah God.

Verse 8: Proper discipline from our parents is an expression of their love for us.

Verses 46-48: The apostles were arguing about who was the greatest. Jesus used a child as an object lesson in how humble, meek, mild, and teachable the apostles should be. We must work to develop these child-like qualities.

Verse 14: If others do not accept the message of the Kingdom that is their choice. If we have done our part in trying to share it with them, we can have a clean conscience and leave the rest in God's hands.

If we are firmly planted in the truth and have strong faith then Jehovah God will make sure that we flourish.

Verse 16: Jealousy and contentiousness give way to terrible acts and attitudes. We must guard against such traits.

Yes That is our Ultimate Goal to keep our every being set on Jesus Christ so that we can be assured our home in Heaven with Our Loving Creator. Although this is not easy as we are sinners and need Gods help!

Verse 8: A congregation should be united and have brotherly love and affection for one another.

Verse 7: The gross deeds and outlook of the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah are warning examples to any who choose to imitate their ways today. This behavior will not be left without punishment.

Verses 11 and 12: When we have divine wisdom deep within us, we will be safeguarded from the many bad paths in this world and from those who speak twisted things.

Verse 5: We have to work hard to deaden immoral desires because we are surrounded by things that stir up these desires. We must be very selective about our choice of entertainment and those we associate with.

Verse 2: There are so many distractions in the world today, but we want to follow this counsel to fix our minds on spiritual things.

Verse 13: We are in desperate need of a new heavens and earth. This is in a figurative sense because we look forward to a new and perfect government and a cleansed earth full of righteous ones.

Verse 6: Those resurrected to heavenly life have the privilege of ruling as kings with Christ for the 1,000 years.

We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. Praise God for his amazing GRACE. For without His grace we are lost in our sins. May God bless each of us to over come the sin in our lives and live for HIM.

Verse 14: Paul was putting forth earnest effort to attain the prize of the heavenly reward.

Verse 8: There are many different philosophies of this world and they are constantly striving to push imperfect human thinking to the forefront. We have to keep making sure of what is acceptable to God.

A disciple, everyone is guilty of Christ’s death for,He specifically came to atone for our sins. This idea of placing blame on a particular group is nonsense. It was the Father’s will that He come to shed His blood,for and take our sins upon Himself.....For God so loved the world.....see John 3:16.

God is the refuge for those who trust him,in this world which is passing away.Believers are set in the largest,most secure room/pavilion in all creation,the door is Jesus.To this world we are a broken vessel,useless.Believers have hope/an expectation of God and our times are in his hands.Believers are proud of God before the sons of men,because we see him and his love.Despite our troubles he hears

U know sometimes when u live in the mist of unbelievers and things get to hard for us there is a chapter in Deut chapter 1 v 17 that let us no when things get to hard for us Jesus told us give it to him he said I will deal with it so sometimes things really do get to hard for us Jesus don't want us to worry about them or get upset just give to Jesus he will fix it he knows just how to do it Amen

I most enjoy where Moses ask God to shew his glory unto him, we all should want the glory of the lord.It is health to my navel and marrow to my bones, I want the glory of the lord to be seen in mylife, in my walking, in my talking , in my sleeping and in my waking. Bless God for his marvelous Glory.
