Verse 21: Those who are righteous in God's eyes will have no reason to fear these things. Jehovah God will not destroy the righteous along with the wicked.

Verse 27: Ezekiel would not need to keep speaking in order to convince others about his message. When the events that he prophesied started taking place, he would then start to speak again.

Verse 16: This would picture how Jehovah God would be towards the Israelites that he would punish. He would not feel sorry for their destruction because he gave them fair warning and multiple chances to correct their actions, but they stubbornly refused to.

A Disciple: I agree with you about conversion/repentance but surrendering fully to God to me is to live as stated in Gal.2:20.

Verse 42: Jonathan maintained his loyalty to David because he had loyalty to Jehovah God. Their friendship was based on their love for God and this helped them to be loyal to each other.

As we read the Word od God . we are to use it to bring strength to others ( verse 26 says ) A I Will restore the judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning : afterward thou shalt be called, city of righteousness, the faith city.

"And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace." What makes people think that all is simply wiped away as if it had never happened when they get saved? We are thankful that God lets us live, and accept where He has us; but we must face the facts of our circumstances as from God also.

Heidi, in order to better understand life, its' meaning, where we came from and where are we headed; I would greatly suggest for you to read the book of Genesis and then the book of John. Afterwords, read again the book of Genesis again followed by the book of John.

Hunter; The Lord Jesus Christ said that we must be born from above in order to see the kingdom of God; and that we must be converted and made a new kind of man if we at all hope to be allowed to enter there. Anne (cont.); I use sharpness because the matter requires it. The churches are spewing that kind of wishy-washy false teaching, that is only good for clouding up the Truth and keeping their people ignorant and defeated. Its like going to the AA meetings; they want you to say forever that you are an Alcoholic! No real conversion, and no real new life; just a never ending dependence on the meetings!
