  • Leslie Brown on Psalms 36 - 9 years ago
We must trust in the Lord God each and every day. We are living in a world where so much evil is all around us. But we must be still and and know that He is God. It is written greater is he that is in us then he in the world. It is written we are more than conquerors. It is written he was come that we may have life more abundantly. We have power with the word of God.

  • Mild Bill on Psalms 14 - 9 years ago
Any person/sinner is changed from fool to fellowship with God, only by his grace. We don't find God, he is the potter, we are the clay. It is nonsense/ignorance to believe, or suggest, he owes us anything, due to anything, from within us. We love him because he first loved us.1John4:19. Sovereign, Almighty, Savior, Love, is he alone.
  • Brother Daniel F on 1 John 5 - 9 years ago
Jhn 20:17 Jesus replied, "Do not touch me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father. Go to my brothers and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'" I think some people have mental problems not spiritual...

The God of Israel it's so a living God, that he speaks so clear on his bible. I'm so thankful and blessed. Praise be to God now and for ever more. Amen
  • Peter A. Okebukola on Romans 8 - 9 years ago
Eternal truths- So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. If God be for us, who can be against us?
  • Charles Bonsu on Romans 13 - 9 years ago

Jesus said behold I have given you power and authority over EVERY POWER Of the enemy. We have power authority and dominion over our thoughts and every suggestions of the devil. Greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. As he is so are we in this world
  • Cephas on Psalms 127 - 9 years ago
They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent adders' poison is under their lips. Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.
  • George Duran on John 16 - 9 years ago
All these need to be translated into dynamic physical activity, thus preparing the world for establishing the God-government on Earth.
  • Susie Myers on Psalms 27 - 9 years ago

  • Elijah - 9 years ago
Disciple: thank you for your correct council, but it doesn't answer my quandary. Are you guarding your councils because it feels like you know more than you are saying. If this is the case, wisely done. The answer is vast.
  • Goodluck Oghagbon on Titus 2 - 9 years ago
The contents in this chapter 2 of Titus, is a call to Christians to live a life that is void of any thing that will tarnish the image of God in us. Looking intently at verses 11
  • Elijah - 9 years ago
Bruce:thank you for your response, however, after rereading the text, my quandary is still the same. I can't understand why this angel has to be warned about failing or falling.
  • Elijah - 9 years ago
Disciple, Hebrews 1:14 "Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?" Now knowing all this, please answer my quandary. Why is the angel being warned of backsliding if it were not impossible for him to fail or fall, at or at least this seems to be the assumption.
  • Elijah - 9 years ago
Steve, I believe that this incident, MATTHEW 25:41 THEN SHALL HE SAY ALSO UNTO THEM ON THE LEFT HAND DEPART FROM ME YOU CURSED INTO EVERLASTING FIRE PREPARED FOR THE devil and his angels, and the incident here, with the angel of one of the seven churches, are two separate events. ll Timothy 2:15
  • Elijah on Revelation 3 - 9 years ago
Dewey, were in scripture do you find this interpretation? Jesus refers to the pastors or men of the churches as angels. Jesus is speaking by his faith which all Christians live by. It does not infer this in the scripture that you referenced. To the law and to the testimony Isa.8:20
  • A disciple on Jeremiah 41 - 9 years ago
Jeremiah 41 - Here is an example of wicked men doing wickedly while God keeps silence, beholding afar off; as the men who are dealing with these things have no thought to seek the counsel of God for His judgment. Thus do men think in their hearts as if God is not in any of those things, nor that religion has any relevance or authority for their circumstances; but that their human thinking is best.
  • Mary Davis on Psalms 127 - 9 years ago

The God above this world which tell of his judgement to the earth and. And under the earth people will say your judgement is unfair. He will tell my judgement is a 100 present.
  • Mark R on Philippians 1 - 9 years ago
I believe the Apostle Paul is telling his readers to never retire in the faith. Always preach the Gospel in some sort of way that reflects the love of Jesus Christ. We as Christians should never put down our tools of faith that God has given to us. We should remain focus on the call that God has ordained us to have. The easy chair and house coat Christian need not apply in this letter!
  • Charles Bonsu on Romans 12 - 9 years ago
    Amen.
  • Will on Genesis 1 - 9 years ago
To Stephen and anyone else confused on Genesis from the to of Nimrod back time was measured differently. I am no scholar but if you read the Bible from what written Genesis 1:1-19. I can prove it was not millions of years but only a few thousand.
  • Cephas on Ephesians 1 - 9 years ago
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine: The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
