It basically means you can't change yourself or another person till they have matured. In unconsciousness we have accidentally gotten bad seeds within ourselves. When we ripen and gain maturity, only then may the bad be separated and only the good kept. So accept yourself and others unconditionally until you and them are matured and ready.

The gift of God Does not come easy .It's "Doing his Word" rather than hoping to be saved. When I call someone "You Fool" in Anger,I am in danger of hell.
