God created us before the foundation of the world. Then He made us to exist here in these earthly tents with our will to choose His will or ours. I pray for Gods will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven! Watch ICHURCH and learn more than u ever imagined!!

Have you guys noticed they talk about how people that are dead are sleeping again. They say that alot in almost every book in the bible how people who r dead are sleeping and waiting for christ to come again. Why are people being taught that we go to heaven or hell when that is not what it is teaching us. In revelatiion it said how the dead shall rise when christ comes. Were they not risen?

    To Lily,
We don't have to work hard to seek GOD's approval. We must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. Without faith it's impossible to please him. Obey God and trust in HIS word.

I am going through a terrible phase in my life, work, marriage and I felt totally surrounded by enemies. The morning before my important meeting I came across this psalms, read it over and over and I went to my meeting like a LION. The meeting turned how great with many individuals apologising to me. I was amazed at how events had turned so much with everyone commending me for my work.

  • Bits Bajj on Hebrews 7 - 9 years ago
In Hebrew 7: the reason Abraham gives tithe is explained, not Isaac,Jacob, Joseph nor Moses. And also why levits receives tithes. Now Jesus the high priest receives tithes, according to the gospel, by giving to the needy. No mortal should receive tithe.

To all read Matthew 5 and pray to God and always have faith that you are special in his site. We all have different types of religious beliefs and I truly believe that it doesn't matter as long as you can pray and trust in him,try to help others that are less unfortunate. I have been very blessed with the lord and I truly believe and appreciate everything that he does for me I pray every day amen.

I think that Matthew 5 is the best chapter for people to take the time to read and give god thanks everyday. I am a living witness to that he has seen me through all of these trials and trublations I have had 18 surgeries and God bless me and brought me through them all.He is what gets me through the hardest times and I truly believe that he has a plan for us all pray and trust in God always amen.

Sorry, it's 11:30 p.m. - is probably why I said 'Amos' instead of Obadiah.
  • Irene123 on Obadiah 1 - 9 years ago
This chap. - all about Edom/Essau. I've done some reading on Petra/Edom south of the Dead sea. It's a HUGE red rock structure, carved by hand thousands of years ago, by the Edomites, Essau's descendants. Essau means red and his descendants carved a red city. Anyway, the physical Edom/Petra was destroyed, just as Amos says, by God. But try to tell that to atheist archaeologists.

  • Stephanie on Psalms 23 - 9 years ago
Psalms 23 comforts me when I am afraid. When I miss my son in Heaven I always feel better saying or reading this scripture to myself out loud, to the Lord. When I am feeling afraid because my husband is sick and his life may be taken before mine, I know I must be strong and when I don't think I can handle anything else, I must find these words for the strength to go on. The Lord gives me hope.Amen
  • Pat on Psalms 27 - 9 years ago
Psalm 27 was read often by my mother when she was alive. When she felt down and upset or disappointed by someone she felt close to, she opened her bible to Psalm 27. I do the same. It is sad when friends seem to be turn their back to you. This Psalm describes vividly what you may be feeling and lifts you up.

To Bernice Maxwell - Please forgive me for calling you 'Maria'; I had just messaged a Maria - before you.
  • Irene123 on Romans 14 - 9 years ago
To Bernice Maxwell - Sorry Bernice, satan is NOT going to 'worship' God. Why do you think satan is trying to get everybody to follow him instead of God? You've heard of or know people who hate, i.e. Hitler, etc.; Well, where do you s'pose that hate in them came from? Maria, you need to acknowledge that satan is pure evil, or you won't make it. This is said with love to you, pls b'lve me.
  • Joshua on Matthew 6 - 9 years ago
Seek His Kingdom first - in your heart what is laid out before you? Are you giving your all to the Lord by giving your all to Him and or people? Because the second commandment it like the first. We must do both. The second is conditional considering you love yourself first. Otherwise it impedes the commandment itself. But to go after His Kingdom - first requires a lot of not going after His Kingdom and knowing the difference. His Righteousness - Breakthroughs in personal bondage to sin and lust and pride and greed and anger and hate all have to begin with the error in doing them. After a season of recognizing personal failure can the knowledge of His Righteousness be attainable. Righteousness is given by Him. But you have to seek Him and fail to know the difference. Only by personal experience can someone actually achieve this verse over their lifetime. That is why this verse is pact with so many hints that it is a work of sanctification and not of good works but of grace because so much of it depends of Him,,..... His,.... in order for it to be realized. There is only subtle things we can do other than sit back and enjoy the process. Like kids you can imagine the weary question,..."are we there yet?,..." and the loving Father responds "No, I'll let you know when we get there."

He is speaking to His people exclusively, the sheep he came to rescue, the wheat in the parable of the wheat
  • Irene123 on Micah 6 - 9 years ago
"He hath shewed thee, o man, what is good, and what does the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God"? Eccl.12:13 - Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and obey His commandments: For this is the whole duty of man." John 14:15 - :If ye love me, keep my commandments." This is what the WHOLE word of God is all about.
  • Donna Wilkins on John 6 - 9 years ago
"Whom shall we go" is a great question. Indeed, who but Christ offers us forgiveness of sin, eternal life, the hope of resurrection, and to raise us up to eternal perfection? As we seek Him, strive to keep His commandments and follow in His foot steps, repenting when needed, and serve Him and our fellowman He will save us in the end.
