From the man being heal at the waters of Bethesda we can learn that no one need ever say that "I have no man" to help me, because we all have the Son of God, Man of Holiness to help and save us all. And He is ever calling unto us to "come" and He will heal us of all our infirmity if we be have faith and try to follow His ways and keep His commandments. "for faith with out works is dead.

I love the words all, whom soever, everyone as our Savior extends His invitations for all to come unto Him and partake of His Salvation and Grace. His love is the miracle of the eternities, and His abiding love is all inclusive and for Him to be fair and a Just God, it could not be otherwise. Thanks be to God.

  • Rick on Matthew 6 - 9 years ago
What does it mean to seek the Kingdom of God! That is to seek out your own salvation with fear and trembling! To seek after forgiveness and repent of all your sins, then you shall become righteous in Gods eyes! Then the blessings of God will be added to you like, peace that passeth all understanding, being fullfiled with life, being content with what you have, habe love and compassion for others etc...! That is the beauty of it all, that you become like Christ in all your ways! That is the thing we should desire and strive for, not the pleasures of our flesh!

  • Donna Wilkins on John 5 - 9 years ago
Verse 25: Christ speaks of the dead hearing His voice, 26: He speaks of the father having life in Himself, and has given he Jesus life also in Himself, 28-29 Christ speaks of the graves being opened or the resurrection of the dead. We are created in the image of God, Christ His son was given a mortal and resurrected body. So thus the Father like wise has a physical and spiritual body.

    V. 28 - Only one person 'saw' v. 28: "my Lord and my God", back in 2014 - Henrietta. Deut.4:6, ONE. Thomas was a - JEW. Jews do not believe in 3 gods; Jesus was a Jew, He did not "correct' Thomas. Even Luke, the Gentile knew Jesus was God, that God's name was Jesus - translated from Jehovah into the Greek.
  • Irene123 on John 20 - 9 years ago
    V. - it has been mentioned on here (2014) that Thomas actually touched Jesus' wounds. The Bible doesn't say such, only that Jesus 'offered'; Thomas could SEE them; that may have been enough, even though Thomas said, "unless I touch ....."; we need to be more circumspect about what we say about God's word; we need to stop and think on what we read.
  • Donna Wilkins on John 4 - 9 years ago
I did not live in the days of Christ, but never the less I have unwavering faith in Him because of the love and miracles that He has preformed in my behalf and my family. I am far from perfection but His merciful hand has reached out to even me. I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and we believe that God has a perfect Glorified physical and spirit body. See Joseph Smith

We are to be grateful and appreciative of all that the Almighty Living God has done and is doing for us. All we have comes from HIM. We can do nothing of ourselves.
  • Coach Dean Golden on Psalms 95 - 9 years ago
Well, let us take a closer read of the Psalms 95. As this is not just a wonderful sentiment of: Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. It is an acknowledgment of when His people had Harden their heart, as they provoked, and tempted God to cut them off in the wilderness Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways. As it was then it is now and we must repent and let go of our unbelief and let God fill us with His Glory. Now read this as instructions from the Holy Ghost as we surrender all of our natural, carnal and selfish was to the Holy Spirit and be Sanctified for the will of God and come unto the throne room of our Father as He baptize us with Fire to burn away any flesh, so He can do His work through us. Filling us with His Glory.
  • Anne on Jonah 4 - 9 years ago
The book of Jonah teaches us about the importance of obedience, repentance, forgiveness and love. Jonah was disobedient and repented. God forgave him. He took the message to Nineveh. Nineveh repented and God forgave them. God's love and mercy for the people of Nineveh spared them from disaster. We should also have compassion for those who are not yet saved and be willing to go where God sends us.

I'm glad to read the words of GOD'S PROTECTION. In Psalms 91, it shows and tells me that I'm protected with JESUS always by our side. And that he will never, never give up on us... It's like a direction for me, an encouraging strength to my soul and spirit... Amen.
  • God's Girl on Matthew 6 - 9 years ago
I love this scripture, because it is also a song. My mom loves when I sing it. Also we sang it in church not to long ago.
  • Alexander Dzomeku on Psalms 51 - 9 years ago
The first commandment was so clear that the one must be very careful about its transgression.
That is" Thou shall have no other gods before me". In fact the previous that I took time to read again I became so afraid that since then I have been pleading for his tender mercies to forgive my trespasses.

  • NGANGSI REGINA on Matthew 6 - 9 years ago
The ways of God are not the ways of men. If you walk in the opposite direction you are on your own and what you may be running after or being worried about may not God's will for you. So seeking the kingdom of God is knowing God's will for your life and you will meet everything destined for you as you advance.

  • Irene123 on Lamentations 3 - 9 years ago
To Lena Mae - Jeremiah was a chosen prophet of God; God chose him and God KNEW his end from his beginning. Jeremiah didn't displease God; he was speaking in the 1st person for God's people. Every prophet had his own way of prophesying; this was Jeremiah's. Jeremiah LOVED God; please believe that. He was the 'weeping' prophet; he wept over God's people.

God is our judge, but during this time of Grace (N.T.) He is merciful and patient : as long as He tarries, of which time to come no man knoweth; now is the day of salvation.
