His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns." Here we have the Law of the Spirit as the Ancient of days in the night vision of Daniel. " I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him./And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed."(Dan.7.13-14)
This shall throw light on the significance the nation of Israel asking for another king. "And the Lord said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them."(1 Sam.8.7) This also explains why the Law of Moses, which referred to another kingdom of darknes came under the number10. The Ten Commandments is the Law of sin and death condemning the nation as a whole.
So Jesus beginning his ministry was not happenstance. As God had prepared ravens for Elijah He provided for the tribute money. Similarly the ass with her colt was in the determined will of God." Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and w; 21.1-5hen thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee."(Mt.17.27) The word of God was already sent forth. That was the sound and Jesus 's triumphal entry into Jerusalem was a sign for the nation. 'Woe to ye' was the curse Jesus administered in Ch.23
Coming back to Gen.1.1-4. The Law sets the light as good. So there is a separation. Similarly we see separation of waters which we shall consider in the following post.
The flesh. Trusting in God to meet all our needs of course is paramount to achieving success in being satisfied in Him for His Providence in all things; and supply of food and clothing as primary examples. Obviously prayer in giving thanks is helpful here routinely but it has to mean something and not just become a mantra.
When online these days; it is unfortunate that even on sites that are informational or even many Christian ones there are at least suggestive if not down right what would have been described 40 years ago as a soft version of that "P" word. We have to question how in general a search for information is as to its importance since that in and of itself is an endless insatiable appetite; which the world will not bring any satisfaction to. Simply read Ecclesiastes and we see how much vanity caused Solomon's downfall. We see this in material possessions such as accumulating gold and silver and other possessions which God warned about ahead of time not to be doing. We see how one obsession can lead to another; it doesn't seem that Solomon was particularly obsessed with possessions but it was the foreign women that were involved in his endless wives and concubines that were all part of this and that in turn turned him to either be neutral towards or tacitly accept the foreign gods they brought into his life and no doubt with his associates to turn the nation eventually against the Lord and incurring God's wrath. We are warned in scripture not only to avoid things that lead to perdition in 1 Timothy 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. We are equally admonished in Luke 19:22 about heavenly treasures where others will gain reward if we don't invest in the Kingdom of God; and Matthew 25 suggests some aren't genuine believers by being cast into outer darkness as a wicked and lazy servant.
"And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war./His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.(Rev.11-12 )
Gen.1.1Entering into the rest of God we shall treat v.1 as the heaven opened out. The risen Christ promises a new name as he has a name written. " and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it."(Rev.2.11) This message to the church in Pergamos but v.17 tells that it is for us. "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh." He that hath ears is what we require. He is an overcomer so are we if we abide in him.
'Behold a white horse'. We see it In Rev.ch 6.2. " And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.." The Spirit moving upon the face of the waters refer directly to it. Thus at the end of Day One The name Day only refers to one aspect of the Son.
God named the Son, " And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day."
"And he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge."God decreed the Son'(in our image) so the white horse serves as a symbol same as the dove sent out from the ark of Noah. The Word which was with God is created after our likeness. God blessing the man in our image and after our likeness explains Ge.1.28. "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it." Subdue it is what the rider on the white horse does in Rev.6.2:
"His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns." Here we have the Law of the Spirit as Ancient
I have focused up until now on our actions within the Body of Christ and how that is to be our life rather than selfish worldly pursuits. I did want to briefly comment on the fact that things we are good at can be used as a blessing; particularly ways we can make income and our talents and skills being passed onto others. Our home is God's home; there are certain situations where we are limited as to taking people in but as with my one friend offer extra food whenever possible and financial help. That takes wisdom as to when to say no but that is for another post.
Let's look now at our overall worldview focusing on the world; the flesh and the devil.
I John 2:16
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
The truth is these three factors are inextricably connected; nonetheless for the sake of application I will attempt to dissect this posting into separate headings. I always thought there was a scripture mentioning this list verbatim but I guess I was wrong.
The world. The world system is what basically we are said to be compliant sheep to those who are really pulling the strings.
We are called; of course to be in the world but not of it. Thus; we are called to salt and light presenting truth. We comply with authority whenever it doesn't directly contend with scriptural commands but we should seek wisdom to avoid overdependence as well as not putting our trust or hope in promises made or needs met that can suddenly be revoked when we are designated as extremist; for example. God has allowed; no doubt some restraint until He removes His church but we need to demonstrate supernatural joy and peace that this world doesn't offer. We need to understand that those who are in control are aware the Rapture is coming and have no doubt rehearsed what to do and say afterward to bring about one world government rule
Not only is my friend's service to myself currently living across the state of PA to make a long drive out of state to assist going above and beyond; but I am realizing once again after talking to a brother in my church about visiting that this place can be a blessing to others beside myself; or even a survival location with the 2 or so acres attached and lack of zoning; etc. That was my original intent on getting this place.
My own situation has for the time being meant that I have been blessed financially as well as time wise basically living alone.
Rather than focusing on my own interests those in the Body of Christ need to be my primary focus. The same idea needs to be happening with my job which challenges many weaknesses in my life in a kitchen environment. I need to focus on how that will help me now as it has in our church kitchen but also with future volunteer opportunities.
Now I don't want to make this about me; but felt sharing what I am learning is important. I have much to learn in terms of service with the Body of Christ as I don't tend to do well on my own. My mechanical skills are well; let's just say I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. I have found it helpful to glean what I can as I did with a difficult mother in law in the past living with me; and others who I can work with and learn skills. The same of course is a principle with others with different spiritual giftings. I am realizing my detailed analytical approach can be used wisely but also can be too much and not edifying.
Let's turn our attention back to the Rapture and our readiness. I can take what I've just said and apply it here; overkill on prophecy doesn't necessarily edify as we are meant to do; neither does glibly ignoring the signs on the wall that the end surely is near and sweeping it under the carpet. There is no guarantee we will live to see another day so we have to as Psalms 90:12 states we are to number our days.
I probably don't need to tell anyone here by now the fervor that has of late been flooding the internet (whether by actual individuals or AI as it is getting harder to identify) in regard to this Rosh Hashanah (Sept 23-24) and the Rapture. What is sad is that someone I have corresponded to for a couple years now is allowing herself to be swayed by her dreams and comments of others and going out on a limb with a "thus saith the Lord" on this year being it. Again; I understand the Jewish idiom and the likelihood but not certainly in my mind that the last trump means the feast of trumpets SOME year. It doesn't discount necessarily a heavenly shofar and mean it has to be that day; especially in light of Christ saying it comes on a day we don't expect and only the Father not even the Son knows; which is argued to be different now than during His earthly ministry but as a shadow of the Jewish wedding; not necessarily so.
Whenever the day comes; as it WILL arrive sooner than some think and before we have everything straightened out perfectly; we can't act as though it will be the same experience for all children of God in terms of the Bema Seat judgment as some will be tried by the fire and suffer loss. I wanted to gather together a few thoughts on preparation for that day; and hopefully to help us feel less at home in this world and emphasize our life as being part of the Body of Christ and the associations that such a lifestyle brings to create a new value system and existence.
Part of this comes from my own experience the last couple days with a brother of mine who has 6 kids and is a church Deacon also working side jobs after his steady one went belly up. He is willing to go up and help me put insulation in a primitive but workable cabin I recently purchased. Due to some chronic issues I am waiting until next month to hopefully get that done (if the Lord tarries). His humility as a servant is commendable.
I am not sure what is going on presently; or what other issues in your family (spiritual; health or relational) are important. Some further insight into those particulars would be helpful as I am sure God knows all things but I don't want to present a prayer for salvation for someone for instance who is already walking with God; although everyone could use spiritual guidance daily.
I'll await information and decide how to proceed from there.

The blessing provided,"And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing." There s only two nations, of light which falls under the Day.(Gen.1.5) The other nation by the same reckoning falls under darkness, and it is a curse." And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."( Jn 3.19) God blesses Abram and the adjective 'great' is to indicate whatsoever determined by God in heaven. "The people which sat in darkness saw great light." The Holy Spirit instructs us that He is referring to the true Light and whosoever rejected to come to light was rejecting the blessing God had extended to Abram a Chaldean. The nation comprised of the generation of Jesus Christ.. God is also promising a change in name. 'I will bless thee, and make thy name great." Abraham believed and faith it is, and is Person specific. " And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness". Unless agreed upon between God and man as Enoch did before him what faith untested? ( Amos 3.3)
" I am the Lord that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it." 'This land' is up for grabs which is what the everlasting Covenant promises anyone and it covers both blessings from heaven and also of the earth. God promises 'great' river as in v.18. Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates" Till the time, death of the testator in implied Abram has to live in tents, "By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise./For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God."(Heb.11.9-10)
His inheritance was among saints in light so God gives him a new name Abraham. (Col.1.12)
Why did God rename Abram and Sarai?
Their names had to be reset so their DNA matched with the name that Jesus Christ received of his Father. " Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:/That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;/And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."(Phi.2.9-11).
Both were inheritors by their own right. For proof they are included in the list of heroes of faith.* "And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee."(Gen.17.7)
Who are thy seed? We have the generation of Jesus Christ in Gen.1.1-5. And it is the Son who shall determine. "For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:/That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him./Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."(Jn.5.22-24)
*"By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went./By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:/For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God./Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised." (Heb.11.9-11). They all died in faith.
Which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a name, as at this day."
'Made thee a name as at this day,' it refers to the Son who is synonymous with Day so Jesus as the word become flesh refers his day, "I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day." He is the true Light and God named him Day for one good reason. His children shall be signs and wonders and they shall be inheritors so St Paul praises 'the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.' Every child is complete in Jesus Christ.(Col.1.12;2.10) Jeremiah refers to the Son as the Spirit places his tag,'unto this day.' This light and eye of faith are inseparable. Jesus refers too the inner man so soul is a sign and the substance is a glorious spiritual body God has prepared for the Son. (Heb.10.5) "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.:(Mt.6.22-23)
This is the treasure in heaven. " Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:./ But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal/For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." (Mt.6.19-21) Faith is the passkey which means God is the most reliable banker anyone could have. It is thus the Holy Spirit has set seven days to the Covenant. You enter into it by faith and it is the God's rest any believer may enter and claim his inheritance.
Why did God rename Abram and Sarai? Both were inheritors by their own right. For proof they are included in the list of heroes. "And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee."
A few personal examples. Years ago, a young Christian girl was having some serious problems with her Mother and was heartbroken and agitated. For no apparent reason, I rang her and shared what God placed upon my heart. Unbeknown to me, five minutes later, an older sister from the Fellowship rang her and shared a Word from God with her. She was greatly comforted by this mysterious timing & similar words and knew that she was not alone - that God was ministering to her & had the matter in His control.
While in prayer and waiting on the Lord for direction to serve overseas, His Word came to me, not audibly but a definite pressure on my heart to prepare to go and with a named Mission group. This story is long, but the short of it, was the Lord confirmed His calling by selling my home without my even advertising it and not paying anything towards the sale & giving me more than I expected.
When in serious trouble in Pakistan for sharing the Gospel. Humanly, I had the option to resist & run, but the Holy Spirit instantly gave me peace and His Word ( Proverbs 15:1); my opponent withdrew. Yes, God does still speak to us today.
Eph 5:8-14
Isaiah 62:6 Such a service will give you more than it takes from you. So we will pray that you will really light up your heart and mind. And fatigue and discouragement will be far from you. In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. That the light is strong in you and in your husband so you are together in one and all. Same honor. Also see here what a nice word I got for you today. Ephesians 5:22-33 The words are only for encouragement because they speak about Marriage - Christ and the church. Be blessed sister of grace. love u in Christ.

1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."
John 14:13 "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."

"And God called the light Day"
Here God sanctifies the Son. His decree states clearly and for this reason this Day is special/ "Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee." The Word was God establishes 'thy truth.' Jesus in his prayer echoes it, "thy word is truth." How does it apply to us? Jesus Christ of God ' is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption.' God sanctified his Son by the decree and the Father Son relationship is made indivisible. 'Listen O Israel, God is one. ' Who shall refute,'thy truth'? Our sanctification is devolved from this unity. The decree under Day applies to us. "For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one.'(Heb.2.11; 1 Cor.1.30)
"And God divided the light from the darkness." The Law of the Spirit sets his seal of approveal that it was good. So whatever name thereafter is named is associated with this decree which as with the Medes cannot be recalled.' The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.:(Dan.6.12) Day of selvation or day of regeneration are pendent to the decree where the Law has declared as good. Naural lights, the sun, the moon keep the day and night run successively. So the two great lights, "And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good./And the evening and the morning were the fourth day"(Gen.1.18-19)
Authority of the Law makes Covenant as to consist of seven days for the reason it is a whole number and refers to the authority of the Word. Jesus as the word become flesh is tagged by the Command number four.."and in the time of harvest... first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn." In Rev.14.15-20. we have four angels accordingly appointed. It is the greater light ruling the day. In multiples of four,' by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs."
Thank you for all of your responses. You have indeed waxed eloquently in articulating your understanding of many critical teachings involving the very Nature of God's Judgment and Salvation program.
We do have very fundamental differences in our understanding regarding many aspects of the Nature of God's program for mankind and this creation. These stem I suspect, in large part, from differences in how we understand the way God wrote Bible and how God declares to us in His Word how we are to interpret scripture.
I have desired to be clear regarding my current understanding in these things within the limited space available for communication and am certain that I have fallen far short in my efforts.
I do believe the Bible teaches that we are living in a Day where God is opening up Truth from His Word as never before, as we apply the principles of interpretation which God lays out in His Word. Some of it quite contrary to what has been taught in many churches through the Church Age which I believe has ended ( Matt 24, 1 Peter 4, 2 Thessalonians 2). Some of this Truth can be quite disturbing. But much of it is exceptionally Hopeful as we rapidly approach the Day of Christ's return to finalize His Judgment and Salvation program.
The Book of Jeremiah and most of the Old Testament prophetic books are actually "Todays Newspaper" as God uses His dealings with National Israel and Judah as types and figures of how He is dealing with the Churches and the World in our Day.
It is so important that the Bible Alone and in Its Entirety be our Ultimate and Only authority in this Time.
So may we all continue to search the Bible, humbly comparing scripture with scripture, applying the principles that God articulates in His Word and not those of our own mind, praying constantly that God might lead us into Truth in accordance with His will. And praying also that we might be obedient to that Truth.
May God richly bless you, and all that participate here.
And this poverty also aligns with the account Jesus gave in Luke 16:19-31, where the (physically) poor man Lazarus who probably died a miserable, lonely death, enjoyed the comforts of Paradise, whereas the rich man who gave no thought for others, suffered in excruciating pain. How do these two accounts compare to what Jesus also speaks about: to the New Birth ( John 3:3), of the repenting broken publican and the self-righteous Pharisee ( Luke 18:10-14), or even the publican Zaccheus who under conviction, changed his sinful behavior ( Luke 19:1-10)? All these accounts, including Matthew 5:3, were given by Jesus to those of Israel still under the Old Covenant of the Law. And the Law required that people dealt righteously with one another, looking out for his brother in need ( Deuteronomy 15:7,8) and not to steal from another ( Leviticus 19:11). Jesus not only reminded them of the Law but that (in the case of Nicodemus, John 3:3), that man would need to be born again by the Holy Spirit. This could only happen after Jesus' Death and Resurrection and the giving of His Spirit to all who would believe on Him. Nicodemus should have known about this ( John 3:9,10, cf Ezekiel 11:19,20, Ezekiel 36:26,27).
So the 'poor in spirit' (as the other Beatitudes) are a reflection of this new nature, bringing out the qualities in a believer, that come from a new revived spirit in him, given by God's Spirit under the New Covenant.
God bless you.
Thanks for allowing me to clear that up.
I do see how I could have been clearer in my original post.
God bless.
In the book of Genesis the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters which shall never be keeping the status quo. God need not have sent his only begotten Son to the world if these two nations were in the determined Will so reserved. God does not judge anyone but has given all judgement to the Son." For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son./ That all men should honour the Son." (Jn.5.21-24). The Son was manifested to destroy the works of the devil and fulfill the complete will of his Father. Thus on the cross he says,'it is finished.'( Jn 19.30)
Here is another verse:"All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out"The Father of mercies would not ever cast out but has left to his Son. St Peter in his epistle makes it clear that where there is Spirit there is liberty.
" But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;"(1 Pet.2.9) When God took some of the Spirit there were some prophesying outside the camp as well. " And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease./ But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp." (Num..11.25-26) The Holy Spirit set this for our spiritual instruction. "Now is the day of our salvation." This day is not of 24 hours but a period of time as set by the Law of the Spirit.
All those who entered into the God's rest shall have but one quality in common: faith. (Heb.11.1-3)
Sometimes I think that the man crucified on one side of Jesus' cross is the most fortunate of all. He had run all his days after the world ; after natural instincts and ended up in great trouble. We do not know whether some incidents in his life caused him to become a criminal deserving capital punishment. Yet, God loved him; and arranged his execution to happen near the Cross. God loves everyone; the criminals on the left and the right side had equal opportunity to be near Jesus' cross at death, but one turned to Jesus, recognised Him as God, prayed to Him for help and received assurance of eternal life. The other man did not make use of the 'golden opportunity' which God had arranged for both of them, and was lost.
Dear A, beloved child of God, although I could not grasp your grievances completely, I understand you are in great agony and trouble; you cannot free yourself from it, and none of your people would be able to help you. Still there is hope. There are many citations in the Bible for everyone that undergoes suffering, due or undue . ( Psalms 34: 4-8)
Approach God and pour your sorrows before Jesus, the Son of God. The Holy Spirit will lead you to freedom from the bondage of this corruptible world which leads to death and eternal suffering, to glorious and everlasting life with the Son of God, that is Jesus Christ. ( Romans 8:16-21)
It is most encouraging that you sought advice from the Bible. Hold on to the Word of God. He is the author of all comfort. Isaiah 66:12,13.
God bless.
Ultimately any truth from scripture we have come to understand and apply to our life is only by God's mercy. And we are accountable to no one but Him in that regard.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and may God in his mercy lead us into truth as we search the scriptures, using the principles that God has laid down for us in His Word.
Part 2.
You're not paraphrasing what I'm saying. you are restructuring what I'm saying.
You asked; "Did God looked down the corridors of time and saw something uniquely inherent in me that He did not see in others who do not become saved.
No Bible Alone, that's not what I'm saying.
However, let's entertain this the way you quoted it.
You asked me about Romans 3:10-18 which is a quote Paul is using from the OT prophets.
Psalms14:1-3.
Psalms 53.
Psalms 5:9.
Isaiah 59:7-8.
and Psalms 36:1.
Here you see God looking down the corridors of time to see and deliver a message from these Prophets that is relevant today.
God looked down the corridors of time to see we all would need a savior.
God looked down the corridors of time to see Adam would sin and preordained Christ as the Lamb of God to sacrifice to take away the penalty for sin.
Bible Alone I don't believe God looks down the corridors of time.
God doesn't look down the corridors of time. God is outside of time altogether. He sees the beginning and the end simultaneously and he counsels from that position.
Isaiah 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Thats the foreknowledge of God being performed.
The Bible repeatedly states that God is a righteous judge and will judge the world with righteousness, meaning his judgment will be fair, just, and morally perfect.
That certainly makes more sense than a loving and just God looking down the corridors of time at a lost world that he knew would be lost and decide he's going to open the ears of a few to hear the Gospel and send the rest to everlasting fire.
Blessings.

Thanks for responding.
You said Salvation absolutely includes repentance from sin and turning to God. Without repentance there is no salvation.
I was stating turning to God IS repentance!
When you do that, you have turned from something! In this case It is unbelief.
You asked; Does God save someone BECAUSE they repent; or does a sinner repent because God has saved them or because God is drawing them to salvation?
Bible Alone you are talking about turning from something "sin" of some sort.
In my postings I emphasized turning "to someone" God! When you do that, you have turned from something. "Unbelief"
I did that because I heard and believed, and he saved me.
I believe that I am a sinner and in need of Christ! a perfect sacrifice who died on the cross for the whole world and rose again the third day.
As for Romans 3:10-18
You asked; "How does Romans 3:10-18 apply to me? Or does it not?
Yes, those verses "did" apply to me as well as the whole world as stated in verses 19-20.
"Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
Therefore, by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
However, what applies to me and everyone that is saved today is verses 21-22.
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Even the righteousness of God WHICH IS BY FAITH OF JESUS UNTO ALL AND UPON ALL THEM THAT BELIEVE: for there is no difference:
FAITH OF JESUS!! That is what caused me to believe!
If it was my faith I wouldn't believe, and it would be considered a work.
You asked if you paraphrased me correctly.
See page 2.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Matthew 24:35
"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."

Satan has not yet been confined in the bottomless pit, so Revelation 20:3 has not occurred. This will happen after Jesus returns, the first resurrection, the Battle of Armageddon, and the beast and the false prophet are cast into the lake of fire. You can read Revelation 17, 18, 19, and Revelation 20:1-6.
The short season you said was in Revelation 20:6 may be referring to Revelation 12:7-12. In Revelation 12:7-9, Satan and his angels are cast down to earth with no more access to heaven. Revelation 12:12 states he knows he has only a short time.
My understanding is that this short time lasts three and a half years, also 42 months or 1260 days, often referenced in Revelation as the period of great tribulation involving Satan, the beast, and the false prophet. We also see reference to it in Matthew 24:29, Mark 13:24, and Revelation 7:14. I hope this helps.
Revelation and the prophecies about the end days require study and prayer; many different interpretations exist.
God bless,

Romans 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Romans 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
That's how it is, you ask a lot of questions that you think and have answers to dear Bible readers. But everything that happens in a person's life no matter who it is, and what they "have saved themselves from" as you say. Ps I read it that way anyway. The Lord can do everything and turn it into the best for everyone. This is how He shapes us, as He wants. So when we start life we don't know how or what we are going to do. Not if we haven't repented before we start then and are proven our faith and have the Lord Jesus with us.
Why do I say this? (I am a living proof).
But the Lord Jesus is an even greater proof. For He rose from the dead. After and freed prisoners who were in the kingdom of hell! No one else could do it. He is our Lord and Master Jesus Christ. Stay blessed in Jesus' Name. Love u in Christ
