  • A disciple on Daniel 7 - 9 years ago
It seems to me, that the "Roman" system has never really been completely taken away, but rather splintered and dispersed throughout the world, and remains today as it were "mingled with the clay." As for those other "beasts;" it says that "their lives shall be preserved," but the dominion will be given to the Saints. The Antichrist and its followers shall be ashes under our feet; ( Malachi 4:1-3).
  • A disciple on Exodus 22 - 9 years ago
"Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people." It is written, that "He called them gods, to whom the word of God came:" this law is that we not be misled away after the pride and rebellion of the heathen. Parents, elders, those who take the lead in the Lord; these are whom we reverence and submit ourselves under. As well the rulers of our workplace, our Country, our Nation.

That is a true reflection of a Christ like behavior, therefore, we need to shine like stars all the time.
  • Kathy Newcomer on Acts 5 - 9 years ago
Margaret Mordi, The tree refers to wood. The cross is referred to as a tree because, in the OT, Deut. 21:23 says that to be hung on a tree is to be cursed of God. Jesus bore our curse for our sins when they hung him on the cross.
  • Stephende on Luke 12 - 9 years ago
This chapter foretells who shall enter the kingdom of God, and it will be those who watch for His coming. But it is not in the flesh but spiritual just as the heart Jesus speaks of is not a pump. He forewarns that what we do on earth in our lifetime predicts what becomes of our soul. Jesus is NOT coming to earth again to rule. Read the parables and learn that how we are is where we will go
  • David P. Alaniz on Deuteronomy 30 - 9 years ago
Our destinies are not set. God allows us to make our own choices. If we come to know him through his son Jesus the Christ, in all we do, we will make the right choices in our daily life's which will be pleasing unto him. Although God knows in advance what decisions we will make he does give us the freedom of choice and to have a free will and does not interfere.
  • Calvin on Daniel 7 - 9 years ago
Daniel's vision here in chapter 7(particularly the 4th Beast, 10 horns and little horn, the thrones, books being opened, etc ) are a precursor to Revelation 20.
Unlike most commonly held views, this 4th beast is not Rome, but a resurrected Rome-like Endtime government during the Great Tribulation period. This government is ruled by the indwelt satan-Antichrist who receives power from 10 kingdom-nations
  • Cynthia Barnes on Psalms 112 - 9 years ago
I love the Lord,he hears my cry.I been with the Lord all of my life. And he been with me.I fought with principalities all of my days. But I always call my God.And he led me to the rock that was higher than I.So when Satan tryed to destroy me,God sent his Angels. No weapon against me shall prosper.Amen

  • BSP on Jeremiah 1 - 9 years ago
Verse 7 shows that no matter how unqualified we feel for an assignment from God, he can make up for any lack and he will be there to help us carry it out if we fully trust in Him.
  • BSP on Matthew 5 - 9 years ago
Our good Christian conduct and deeds should be visible to others so that we may bring praise and glory to Jehovah God.
  • Denis YOKA on Psalms 95 - 9 years ago
Verse9,10,and 11: << saw my work, have not known my ways, not enter into my rest>> two truth behind these verse; first of all there are some works that belong to men; there are some waysthat are not from God; there is the rest that doesn't belong to God.
so we must pray God to open us the spiritual eyes in order to see/to apreciate his work; to open our spiritual intelligence/ability to know his

Bruce that trump where the dead return with Christ because there are no dead in the graves out in a graveyard but that trump is the last trump, the 7th and we are all changed at that trump. Air is breath of life a spiritual body and crowd is street Greek like when Paul was speaking about the race to run. It's not up in the stratosphere or flying away. Christ returns 1 way at 1 time hail and fire.
  • Word on Ezekiel 13 - 9 years ago
Ruben Sierra can't change minds on what they learned from those who put out the rapture and they read it in this chapter about preachers who make up this divine dream out of their own minds and that God hates those who teach his children the lie that they will fly away. A false Christ Satan comes who will pay all their bills telling them they are to gather up in Jerusalem. 7th trump they all die.

  • Irene123 on Numbers 4 - 9 years ago
The covering of God's tabernacle/ark, etc.; badger skins/KJV; sea cow skins/Niv. KJV was ordained of God as His TRANSLATION (NOT interpretation) in 1611 by the order of King James. God was therewith the ministers/scholars who made this translation over a period of 7 years. Under the threat of death from King James if it didn't suit the church. These men prayed MIGHTILY during the 7 yrs.

  • Irene123 on Leviticus 27 - 9 years ago
Tithing: One cannot judge their church on what it does with the tithe. Because, even if they give out yearly printed documents on what they have done - there's no way to know if that is what was done. The only criteria for judging the truth of a church is - Acts 2:38. This was the very beginning of Jesus' church. Very few 'churches' baptize in the name of Jesus.
  • Irene123 on Leviticus 26 - 9 years ago
Vs. 27-28; I love 'em; The Lord Jesus is our REDEEMER and KING!!!

Lev. 25:10 - is a 'shadow' of Acts ch. 2:37-38.
