I BELIEVE THIS IS A VERY FIRM AND DIRECT TEACHING THAT ALL CHRISTIANS MUST OBEY.
  • Irene123 on Job 41 - 9 years ago
Ps.30:11- mourning into dancing; Job 41:22- Sorrow into joy; Jn.16:20 - but your sorrow shall be turned into joy, this verse is prophecy of salvation - Acts2:37-38; Jer.31:13. May these scriptures be a blessing to all of us this day.
  • Irene123 on Lamentations 4 - 9 years ago

  • Deborah McCorkle on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago
Psalm 91 assures that as I live in the secret place of the Most High I am always covered and protected. When I go out and when I come in.
  • Irene123 - 9 years ago
I made a correction that didn't need to be made. I'm getting tired, Nene. I'm wearing out. But don't worry; I'm not going to be using you now as a 'crying towel' - LOL. That's what He is for; Jesus can handle it. He saves all our tears in His bottle.
  • Irene123 on Acts 2 - 9 years ago
To Nene - thank-you so much for your encouragement. We're walking with Him and He's revealed His truth to us and we have His strength, but - when people disparage us - it hurts; even people we'll never meet, have never seen. That must be the sorrow of His spirit in us ..... ? But I'm fine, going through a 'dry' spell, but I made contact real good with Jesus this a.m. I love you, Nene, in Jesus.
  • Lilian on Matthew 19 - 9 years ago

Isaiah Chapter 40 know that God is the creator of all thing he sit high and look down low and intercedes on our behalf. If you ever need God remember to cry out with your whole heart and he will respond with his Mighty power to do what we cannot do in our own strength .Before the foundation of the world Gen1 He did not need us then and he surely does not need us now. No one instruction and advise.

Dear God, help me to once and for all forgive my mother to let go once and for all the bad memories of her making me feel like I was to blame for her having to get married and not being happy. I know she suffered at the end of her life, and I want to just forgive, but the enemy keeps throwing it at me. I just want to, today, on Valentine's Day, to finally forgive her, and let her go to be happy and at peace. Thank you, God, for listening. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

  • A disciple on Luke 1 - 9 years ago
"...most excellent Theophilus," I found out, by reading in Josephus, that Theophilus was the High Priest at the time Luke wrote his books about Jesus coming in the flesh, and the subsequent divine workings begun upon the Disciples after His ascension and glory. The sons of Aaron were charged with keeping of the Holy Things of God for Israel; and it was necessary to give them the Completed Witness.
  • Rick on Genesis 1 - 9 years ago
Show me the word trinity in the word of God? Where is it written there are three Gods in one? There are three different manifestations of God, God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit, but all three are the same one God. They are just in different forms. Jesus was God robed in flesh, but was God, The Holy Spirit was non other than the spirit of God and God is God and there is non other!
  • A disciple on Luke 1 - 9 years ago
"Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us, even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;" When we are really saved and have the Spirit of Christ; then we are made His witnesses by having been exercised in His grace through experience and proving.
  • Stephende on Matthew 5 - 9 years ago
The sermon on the mount is the essential teaching of this world. It us neither christian or jew ir muslim but universal. What shall we as humans do to merit the favor of God? This chapter should be read and understood iften as well as the other books of the bible. Their is no ither place that I know of where it is so clearly truth being spoken. Who will hear and perform these verses?
  • A disciple on Genesis 47 - 9 years ago
"The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth. Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the loving-kindness of the LORD." ( Psalm 107:42-43) The LORD humbles and chastises all the inhabitants of the earth, to bring the world salvation, and the kingdom of God over all the Nations; along with the reconciliation of His people Israel.

I call to the Lord in my distress, and it is so he answered.. thanking God that being ever before
Him transparent, naked, but waiting in Hope and expectation. Being of good courage, and understand
Yes our ways are not of his ways. But by faith convinced, Grace is yet available. That God who Reign on the just and the unjust alike, is yet merciful, that forgiveness, and grace is through Jesus Amen.

    Message for Lurshai,
Glad to know that you acknowledge that there is GOD, whew!, secondly, I read that you ignore him daily and you seem high- minded WOW! Please read this scripture John 15:5, the latter part says this "without him, you can do nothing", we do nothing without GOD's help or allowance. if you die like you are, you will not spend eternity in his kingdom. Very concerned about you.
  • BSP on Job 42 - 9 years ago
Verse 5 shows that when Job took the time to meditate on how Jehovah God's hand was in his life, he could see in his mind how God had helped him. We need to take time to read the Bible and meditate on it so that we can see how God's hand is in our lives.
  • BSP on Matthew 19 - 9 years ago
We should honor both of our parents no matter what age we are. This would include showing respect and showing our parents that we value them.
  • Abogah on Ephesians 5 - 9 years ago
It appears to me that the duty to love and to submit must go hand in hand and none should be demanded. I can imagine the difficulty of loving a non-submissive wife similarly the duty to reverence a non-loving husband. Both partners require the grace to fulfill their part of the requirements
  • Felicia on Proverbs 1 - 9 years ago

Stephen, speaking in diverse languages and interpretation of diverse languages is listed last. Also, matt. 6:33 states but seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Being in the kingdom and His righteousness, the Lord will supply all our needs.
  • Hector D on Hebrews 7 - 9 years ago
Was Abraham under the Law? No! The father of many nations knew something about tithing, he recognized God's blessings for doing so. Should people rob God? Jesus said, give to God what belongs to God. The bookof Hebrews focuses on the superiority of Jesus Christ overall other entities, we areto hold fast to Jesus asthe great High Priest of God. Jesus replaces Judaism as God's revelation of himself
